My family and I have been taking all of our cars to Steele’s for years. They’re the best. Friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing service every single time.

The crew at Steele's is so fantastic that I wish I could give 100 stars. I had a very sick sounding engine in my Odyssey. They got me in and I was expecting a Full Engine replacement but they got just the belts and components needed and it drive like its new again at a fraction of the cost. I've relied on the team at Steele's for over a decade now and I have never once been disappointed. they are honest, dependable, and what they say is what they do. Don't hesitate to trust this business. They really are the best around!

I had a great experience at this place. I was in a real bind and most places in the area were booked and wouldn’t take any new vehicles in. I was pretty desperate as I was calling around trying to find a place to take my vehicle. I called an hour before close knowing that they may not be able to get me but the guy who answered I believe was the owner or owners son responded with if I can get in before close they can look at it or they can look at it first thing in the morning! Wow, already impressed with there quickness to want to get me back on the road without even looking at my vehicle. Anyways, long story short they looked at my vehicle first thing in morning and got me taken care of pretty quickly even with the load they already had. The staff we friendly and worked as a team. I am incredibly grateful for there service. Very reasonable prices and one of the most HONEST mechanics I have ever came across! You will not be disappointed doing business with these folks! I had a nail in my truck tire and it was leaking air rapidly. Also it was late Friday afternoon. So what the chance I would get this repaired today? That's exactly what happened. I saw Steeles automotive and I gave it a shot. Not only did they fix in 20 minutes, the price was extremely fair. I know this because last month I had another nail in a tire. That auto shop charged a lot more. Also the mechanic was very nice.

I highly recommend Steele's for auto repair. I've been taking my car there for several years. They do a great job, their prices are reasonable, and they're friendly, polite and helpful. I like the fact that this is a small family business, with the parents and at least 2 adult sons working there.

I took my car to Firestone because I was having a few issues with noises and overheating. I got the more important ones taken care of then, but I later found out that I was insanely overcharged for what was actually simple work. And according to Firestone, I still needed an additional $700 of work done. Something regarding control arms, or a sway bar. The noise driving over bumps was horrendous.

I took it to Steele's Auto Repair for a second opinion. After a thorough look over they found that only a bushing and a missing bracket needed replaced. Less than a $100 repair. I would have been more than happy to pay the full quoted price if that's what my car needed, but Steeles Auto was honest. The car was done in an hour. I'm sure they would have been happy to sell me more, but these small businesses look out for you. I'm upset I didn't take it here first. My 15 year old car with 120k miles on it feels better than ever.

Edit: Another awesome job by Steele's. Car died, was able to have it towed to the shop, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely manner at a reasonable price. They had it ready for the weekend. I do not feel overcharged like I do at pep boys or Firestone. The car feels better than ever, I won't take it anywhere else.

I moved to KOP from Montana. As a single mother, I needed to find a good auto mechanic shop. I was referred to Steeles. My father is a very good mechanic so I know my way around a motor, and these guys treated me fantastic. I really couldn't ask for better service. They are friendly, honest, and the prices are so good!!!! Very fair and thorough mechanic shop. I would send anyone I know to them. They will take good care of you!!! There really has not been a time in my life where I felt I was not taken advantage of by a mechanic until I met Doc and his crew. The first time I took my Silverado in to get repairs done two years ago my bill was under the quoted price... needless to say I have not used anyone else since. Thanks again Doc.
