Lotus By Hotel Inn

Stayed at the lotus motel in beaver on April 26, 2024 and the gentleman checking us in was so friendly, great attitude!
The motel doesn’t look like much on the outside but the rooms look they had been recently updated. Nice flooring and other nice features.
Price was even cheaper than what I had booked the room at online.
Just needed a room for our long travel days and this foot the bill! Will definitely stay here again next time we drive through this beautiful area!

This hotel is like an old book it's really good the outside not so cute. But the inside is great, the rooms are all like brand new with new flooring fresh paint brand new bedding and tile very clean. The guy working at the front desk super friendly very nice and very cute!

Stayed for 9 days after pulling a hamstring several days prior in Page, AZ. The extended stay prices are very good and the manager/desk is very friendly. If you're in the area and need some R & R then I highly recommend.

The only downside for me was WiFi strength.

If you need automotive work done I highly recommend walking 15' from the office of this gem of a motel to Montys auto.

The room was very clean, really updated and nice. The room had a hairdryer, a microwave, a fridge and a coffee maker. The gentleman that checked us in, Bobby, was really nice and helpful. The rate was much less than the hotels near by. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend! And they allow dogs.

I stayed for one night on long distance drive and Bobby was super nice when I checked in and attentive. The rooms were clean and had a small microwave and coffee maker. Everything was clean, the heater worked and given other places in the area, Lotus was a good choice.

The bathtub was slippery, I suggest putting bath mat to prevent others getting hurt.

Shower is great, hot water no problem. Clean room and quiet location.

Love the staff and the room was clean and not run down. Bed was comfortable. Rate was outstanding.

Great place to crash on a long drive. Bed was clean, my husband and I slept great, bathrooms were clean. Nothing to complain about here!

Good place to stay when on a budget. It surprised me that the rooms were pretty decent for the type and location of hotel. Stayed here twice when I was on my way to Cali and when I was headed back home. Very surprised the front desk gentleman recognized me almost 2 months later. Thanks.

You would probably drive by this place unless you were looking for something easy and cheaper to stay at while you travel. The room was surprisingly clean and there was no lingering smoke smell. There is a nice little creek that runs through the property. Run down but clean. I would stay here again if passing through.
