Who's Place Bar And Grill

Coming from New York, the bartender Tara was very welcoming, the food is great ! and Taras drinks are amazing !!! Being there made me feel at home ! I will come visit every time I am in Penn state. I appreciate the hospitality as well as the customer service !

My first time there I had an awesome time. The food is outstanding and I met the new owner who takes time and effort to make sure your satisfied. great music and everyone enjoyed themselves. Please stop by and try them out you will absolutely love it,I promise. Thanks for the good time who!

Great food service and atmosphere!

Great time for a drink. Chili was excellent and the piccadilly sandwich was awsome. It's a BLT in between 2 grilled cheese FYI.

Dropped in after a day exploring the area. Natalie and Scott were so nice and hospitable. Felt so comfortable in the atmosphere and the food was awesome!!!

This place is number one in customer service in this area! These people are the greatest and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and accommodate your needs. The food is excellent , The price is right and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Great food. Like others, it takes a bit to get your food but also like an individual mentioned, it’s one person making fresh food. If you’ve ever worked a kitchen you’d understand how hard that person is working to get you good stuff on your table. Great hospitality. Great small hometown feel.

This was a real dive back in the day, but I haven't been there for 30 years. It's really rather nice now and there was a good crowd!

Bartender and cook were a very informative pair and very friendly wish i had bars like that near me

Great staff delicious chili, wings and other stuff. Good beer selection and they really know how to take care of police, fire, ems and veterans. Great place with a fun atmosphere!

Grilled chicken salad is very good. The Paint and Sip is always a lot of fun. The place is always very clean. A very good selection of fun foods and drinks. I love this place!

Had a wonderful time with the class of 87 reunion.
Everyone made me felt like I was back home again!! People are kind and helpful.

Great owner operated bar . The food is great. The service is awesome . The bar iis super clean . The clientele is friendly . Whenever I come to visit my hone town i am treated like a regular .

Went to a restaurant that messed my order up. I called them when they had closed. The manager still took my order and it was perfect! Highly recommended.

Who's place is a clean ,fully renovated bar and grill ,the staff are all friendly , the service is great and the food is outstanding ..beer specials and food specials daily ..wings and unique flavored sauces cooked to perfection ..Cheeses steaks loaded , Chicken cheese steaks ,burgers :california style , mushroom swiss ,or with the special who sauce ...have it your way ....taco's ,chili , hot dogs with coney chili or their famous Italian onion sauce (family recipe ) or try K Flo fries or tots ..with mozzarella and bacon ,with ranch dressing drizzled on top..beer battered onion rings ..are incredible ..much more foods i haven't listed .....Looking for a nice clean friendly place to bring your family or party ..stop down they will accommodate your needs
