Had a pretty decent sized scratch on the front of my car, took it into University Collision and set up an appointment to get it fixed. Day of appointment, I dropped my car off and within less than 2 hours my car was ready to be picked up! They did a great job and now my car is back to looking close to brand new again!

So a car that was parked in front of me caught on fire and melted my whole front car as u can see in the picture, took it to university collision in Moscow and Jesse was right on it, from getting parts ordered to helping me communicate with insurance and rental, showing that they cared and fixed my car within 3 weeks, so fast and it came out looking beautiful! 150% recommend! Called for an estimate to get my 2001 Dodge Ram repainted they emailed me a quote within a few minutes they had the best price in the area unless you go somewhere where you have to wonder about the quality of the job they will do. They did an excellent job and I get compliments everywhere I go.

These guys are absolutely incredible. Over the winter, I jackknifed a trailer into the rear quarter panel of my beloved 98 Subaru Forester. Looking at the damage that was done, I thought it wouldn't ever be possible to get the car back to perfect again.

Happily, I was wrong. I keep looking at the panel to find some flaw in the work performed but there just isn't any. Looks like brand new, which probably wasn't easy considering its unique shape and curves.

I went to 6 other body shops and no other shop came in cheaper or proactively promised to use the original factory paint. These guys matched the paint perfectly to the rest of the car, which I imagine wasn't easy considering it was more than 20 years old.

After our car lost to a gate, we went to university collision. Not only is their customer service excellent but they did an awesome job repairing it. The turn around was as expected. We have no complaints and will be recommending them to everyone!

In that time, they've repaired damage that was covered by insurance and damage that wasn't, helped with vehicle modifications and upgrades, taken on restoration projects and more.

Without exception, we've gotten good advice, great service, excellent work and very fair pricing. If I try and imagine a better body shop, I couldn't.

Had my Subaru lifted and tires done at a dealership but they didn’t account for the rubbing in the wheel Wells or the bumper-
Jesse got right on researching solutions and fixed the car right up now I can turn- no rubbing- can’t see any of the trimming that was done. Above and beyond the service I expected and for more than a fair price. Even replaced a brake light he noticed was out.
Can’t really say enough good stuff about these guys-
One of those places you feel lucky to have found when ya need em. Will be bringing our truck in soon for some body work.
