Goodfella's Pizza Italian Restaurant

There were 4 of us who went to eat around 730pm on a Friday night.We walked in and were sat immediately. The tables were full and they were a bit busy. We got our drinks and looked at the menu. There is food on there for everyone. Vegetarian to a meat lover.
Our waitress wasn't the friendliest, but I think they were short staffed.
Two of the people ordered pizza..one ordered a meat lovers roll, I got creamy parmesan rice pilaf with shrimp. We all enjoyed our food. You get a lot of it for your money! The slices are like 2 regular slice pizzas in one. The personal size pizza is a regular medium pizza,and the roll is like a calzone but in roll form, and everyone knows what rice pilaf is. Pictures show what I'm talking about.

BEST pizza I’ve ever had I just moved to the area tried a few pizza places but they were all of that thin soggy pizza. THIS PLACE HAS THICK ROBUST PIZZA!!!! So beautifully crafted.
THE GRALIC KNOTS ARE NOT DRY AT ALL. I will be coming back here a lot. They always have a bar which is very cool. Everything is definitely worth the price.

Great people, service, and the food are made to perfection 👌 all the way from Lawrence Ma. I'm looking forward to trying new dishes in the future.

Traveling, my first time in Matamoras. Not sure where to eat, pick this place based on the recommendation of a hotel clerk at the Best Western.

It did not disappoint.

I sat at the bar and watched the World Series as I ate. The food was delicious! People were friendly and attentive. The place I sat was a bit drafty, being too close to the door, but I could have asked for a table.

Pictured fish is penne pasta with red clam sauce. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommended.

So good! The personal pizzas will easily feed 2 and we’re delish. Fresh veggies added a perfect crunch to the veggie pizza. Service was quick and friendly. Restrooms were clean. Definitely found our new lunch spot when we trek from New England to Southern PA!

Food was worth the wait! The Buffalo wings were PERFECT! Salad was great came with good amounts of chicken. Definitely recommend!

Food was very good servers were very friendly. I had the eggplant parmesan dinner and my companion had the chicken Caesar. Both were very good. We went again recently and they have a new room added, where they do trivia night and have live bands. It looks like it would be lots of fun for a night out

The pizza is huge, as you can see from the pictures. The brown and white pizza is a stuffed barbequed chicken pizza my daughter ordered. She was able to eat ONE slice. Lol

I got the two slices, plain and the "Captains". I could not finish the second slice, and I am a big eater!

The waitress was very helpful and patient. The staff were all friendly.

The place was very clean.

The atmosphere was surprisingly nice! It had a little outdoor seating area and very nice ambiance. Nice art on the walls, both murals and pictures. This seemed more like a stand alone restaurant than a place in a "strip mall". I think they far outclass the rest of the tenants here.

My daughter has raved about this place for quite a while, so I brought her today so I could try it.

Back to the pizza.... for some background, I was a pizza man when I was younger and ran a pizzeria. I am VERY picky. The first thing I will say is this is the best pizza I ever had in Pennsylvania. But that's a low bar to overcome. The crust was excellent. Excellent. The cheese and toppings were fine. The sauce was the only thing I was not a huge fan of. It's not that it was bad, and this is COMPLETELY subjective of course. It was the weak point to me for sure. That's the only negative I have, and it's really not negative. Just a matter of taste.

Food: A+ Service: A+ Atmosphere: A+++ Love this place and the people. Now with the grand opening of their party room, atmosphere is through the roof! Check them out of you haven't already. Recheck them out of you did in the past. Great place! Great people! Great food!

They made an error with my order. When I pointed it out, the employees were apologetic and professional and fixed it immediately. Food is always great and fast!

Big fan of goodfellas so no surprise I loved the atmosphere here. People working were super nice and recommended some slices for me. I ended up getting a slice of the chicken Parmesan pizza. First this pizza was enormous soo awesome job there. It was not my favor pizza but I could be the toppings a choose. Everyone else seemed to love it. I would probably give the pizza a 7 or 8 out of ten meaning it’s worth grabbing a slice. If I’m in the area, I definitely want to try it again. All and all the restaurant is a solid 5 out of 5. Great service and amazing food! Be sure to check them out!

Really FANTASTIC quality GREAT tasting food. Thank You. Salad had TASTE!, it was fresh and of quality. Hard to find out here. AND it was delivered HOT on a cold saturday night. Alfredo asiago pasta BEST! Steak sandwich GREAT. They know how to cook. PLEASE don't change a thing. Better than any pizzeria or italian restaurant in OR outside of NYC. BEST in the tri-state area and for many many miles

Always nice and pleasant to talk to. Quickly got my order and I was on my way with the yummy pizza in no time.

The slices are huge, the calzone was amazing wait staff was great. Good flavor on the wings. Not a bad price for 4 people. I recommend this place

The Veal Parm was authentic and delicious. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely have that again and look forward to trying the pizza. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Lovely Italian pizza place that has a good share of delicious entrees as well. Great drinks. Love their chicken parm and their Sicilian pizza.

We go for the open mic every other Wednesday--Chris Raab hosts a grt event. The crew, food and spirits are terrific. Always a good time!
