I recently switched over from StraightTalk and the staff at the Shamokin location was knowledgeable and friendly.

Amazing service. Awesome account representative. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns too. Danielle Varner made it so easy to switch to metro. Even got brand new phones!!

Ryan was the representative the past several times for me.He is thorough and always willing to explain anything I need help with.In this day in age employees like Ryan are far and few,most definitely an asset to your company.

Nice store. Sorry to see the building go. But a new location next to the hobby shop on RT.61 will be coming soon. Clean , bright and NEW. Ready to serve you. Still in walking distance from anywhere in town. Good to see there dedication and devotion to keeping a brick and mortar store opened to keep jobs and tax reviews in the community. When I entered the store on Columbus day I was greeted with a great smile and enthusiasm from the sales associate Luis. This gentleman helped me make an easy decision to buy 2 LGK20 phones. The store was neat and tidy. I would recommend anyone in the area to shop at this location. Professionalism expectations exceeded by the sales associate Luis.

Paige, and LaToya are incredibly awesome and very helpful! They are both very professional, and they genuinely care about their customers, along with the customer problems. They both went well above and beyond to help me fix my son's phone issues! Because of them I am really glad to be a customer at the Shamokin store!!! You really struck gold as far as hiring amazing employees when you hired them!!!

Lou is amazing at his job... Very outgoing but professional, knowledgeable, consistent and patient with customers. Hands down the best customer service not only by a cell phone provider but period. Very please with my service. Thank you Lou!

I recommend this store , I had a great experience. They have good deals. I got my new phone here and I love it. Rey was awesome and really helpful. He was Professional and kind. Love this store!!

This was not going to be a five star review but Danielle took such good care of me can’t help but recommend her. Her coworker on the other hand is the one who started my sale and then left before it was finished.

Lou was the best, he stayed an hour and a half past closing to make sure everything was activated and ready to use. He made my experience with metro pcs amazing. It is very hard to find such dedicated employees in today's world. Excellent customer service representative!!!! Highly recommend metro pcs!!!!

I would like to give a shout-out to your associate Paige for the best customer service I have ever received at a MetroPCS Store. Pottsville's location was in my opinion highly unprofessional and not very helpful to solve my issue that I was having that night. She made my day and was very kind and patient with me. Thank you Paige for the awesome experience and outstanding personality even though I had showed up 5 minutes before closing! I would recommend The MetroPCS Shamokin, PA store location again and again to any individual in need of a phone and excellent customer service by Paige in particular not to mention the decent and affordable prices and fabulous promo deals that Metro offers . Filing an insurance claim was a nightmare but that's not through metro. I wasn't able to make a payment on my deductible while metro was locked out. I left planning on returning later when Trisha ran 3 blocks after me because it unlocked right after I left. That's service!

Switched two lines from straight talk and added a new line to an existing service plan. Sapphire and Lou helped through the whole process and saved me money with a free phone and lower monthly payment. The existing line we had for over a year without any service issues. The only bad thing is Lou spells his name wrong. It should be Lewis, like my son’s!

Went to metro an the sales person Ryan did a great job got me an my wife nice phones an set up no hassle an was very nice an had us ready an had our phones set up totally recommend metro in this area

Page was helpful insightful and knew what she was doing. She helped me navigate through the disaster I walked in with and leave with a cell phone I actually like. I would tell anyone to go in and ask for her directly because she was a natural people-pleaser.

Saphire was wonderful! Great knowledge of the products and plans, friendly and helped us get a great deal! Would highly recommend Metro in Shamokin to anyone looking for great costumer service.

If Metro PCS have a employee of the year I definitely would love to nominate Rey Ortiz ** I.D# **. He most definitely took his time to assist me with every question and concern I have. He help me with the process that seemed like a difficult task but handled it with ease. Rey assures me that he would take care of all of my Metro PCS needs and did just that. I have Metro PCS phone lines all unlimited data. Employees are always providing great service to every customer and they emphasize on face masks usage at all times while in store and social distancing.

My experience at this location was AMAZING. And RYAN is the BEST he went ABOVE and BEYOND and made sure I walked out with a big SMILE on my face which I did.
