Northumberland Weatherization

Had work done at the end of this past summer . I was very pleased with the workers. Friendly and did everything they were told to. Whoever makes the decisions as to what is approved n what isnt needs a different job. Was completely pointless to insulate my attic, basement, add weather stripping around doors etc yet leave very old wooden single paned windows . These windows are so old that the glass in them is the type that u cant see clearly out of them, more like looking through a magnifying glass . Most of my windows are these old ones .I just don’t understand. This is what happens in the winter. See photos. The ice is on the inside . Ridiculous

They are supposed to be there to help you... and they turn you away cause of a lil bit of water in the basement....if I could afford to fix it I wouldn't have to apply for help. The first appointment the lady said there wouldn't be a problem. She made me believe I was good to go....now, NO! Sorry we can't help you! What does a person have to do to get a lil bit of help from our government? How long are we gonna have to fight to get our government to look and say hey they need us....but as long as they are ok that's all that matters.

The work crew were great people...but worked very slow, the boss and office staff unprofessional and completely disorganized...called us and had to rescheduled a bunch of times...they showed up with out the proper tools...some of the work we were promised didn't get done..an over all just unprofessional disorganized mess...
