They took care of my dog,Teddy. They were so nice and caring. They helped me in anyway they could get through losing my buddy.

The staff members we interacted with were very nice, yes, but it cost almost $5000 for just a cremation, no burial or service. That's crazy. And we weren't told how expensive the non-negotiable charges would be until the end, after my partner spent time trying to pick a nice urn and keepsake for his mother's ashes. He ended up putting most of it back. I'm giving 2 stars because they at least let him keep a $65 pendant at no charge. $2,900 just to pay the funeral director and staff? All they did was keep her cold for a few days, cremate her, and put her in a flimsy plastic box (the box cost $500 by the way). She died unexpectedly and we did not know anything about the funeral homes in the area. So when we had to get her body transported in the middle of he night, we went with the first suggestion we heard. If we hadn't been in shock, I would have tried to look into it first. I'm writing this so that if someone is in the same situation, they should consider their budget before going with Farrow's.
