My wife needs a j.o.b

605557606988 they show this package was delivered, it was nber 6 of 6 and they only left packages 1-5. I have tried to call but get a computer and no person to person contact. What a way to run a business. Unpleased is an understatement the one box is in the amount of over 170.00 worth.

Wast of time how the hell am i spose to sign for a damn package when im at work. They dont even knock or come to the door i have cameras proven it.

FedEx decided to ship my package back with out my authorization! I had been home waiting to receive my package and they simply decided to send it back to the shipper! My address was accurate and it is extremely easy to find. They had no right to do what they did and should be avoided at all costs!
They apparently don't care about their customers.

Have been doing business with this facility going on almost 9 years and has been a great place and great people to deal with. I run a small business and time is critical to me and Fed Ex has always been great about working with me as needed, 5 stars to this point. Recently this Nate Dunning has taken over and made receiving my packages, sending out packages and overall running of my business very difficult, i am not impressed at all. I like his comment "Call us or come out and visit we will treat you like family", yea OK. This is what i get "Only authorized people in our facility" and by the way don't dare throw an empty box in there trash can, you will catch hell. Considering going back to UPS.

Why you ask second delivery that was delivered to the wrong address. Received a message to say it was delivered to the right address then why did I find it on someone else's door step again!!! Then to say the person that delivered it lives near me and he did deliver it to the right address, then they need glasses!!!!

I am very upset. I have sat here all day waiting for my package only to be told when I called they delivered it at 1:45and sat it outside my door. Seriously FEDX get it together!!!

Terrible customer service! I'm surprised they can stay in business My story is to long to tell, so my advice is FIND A DIFFERENT DELIVERY SERVICE!

Waited all day for a package and it hasn't been delivered yet. It is now past 8pm! Very upset! As well as my fiance!

Packages are never on time. Especially when the items are perishables
