I think everyone needs to know how much this corporate store gives back to the community all I here is how corporations (take our jobs). Now Murdock's doesn't all these employees need everyone who comings into the store be as friendly as the employees are

Absolutely love Murdoch's! From the products to the workers, have never had a bad experience and we always stop on our yearly trip from WI. They are dog friendly! Also this time we are hauling a trailer and stock box full of kunekune pigs in 95* temps from the pacific NW back home to WI and they were kind enough to let us hose down the very warm pigs and refill our water containers and the 3 extras we bought!

I have a hard time getting assistance.
Yesterday I tried to get an order done for coveralls , still no call back.
Today Saturday 1-7-2023 I stopped in to check in with the Lady working the floor. She had mentioned that she called, but I got no call.
None the less I was helped right away and assisted with my purchase.
Please no action needs to be taken.
I will be checking with my phone carrier tho for the missed call.

Excellent locally owned hardware/farm/clothing/hunting store. It has a little of everything. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about what they are selling. Support local businesses it really does matter. Respect the Locals and their culture and the place they call home.

The store is very clean and the staff is friendly. The setup is similar to the one in Bozeman MT. The store has a wide variety of items for Ranch and Farm work. They also have a large selection of clothes and boots. The Carhartt section was also large. They do carry other brands with similar clothing as Carhartt. The staff is quick to offer help and are easy to find.

They were so helpful! When they didn't have baby chicks in stock, they gave me the names of two other suppliers who could meet our needs. I will definitely be going back!

So many things you can't get anywhere else in Miles City, especially if your a local rancher. Cashiers are great! If you are looking for something specific, either they can tell you where it is, they can ask the nearest seasoned coworker, or radio someone to help you. Also, the cashiers are very friendly! My favorite thing is the clothing department. They have such an awesome selection of Montana Shirt Co. shirts and hats. Shoes for every season, and recently added BearPaw shoes and boots! They also have a great selection of dog AND cats items to delight your pets. Everything from toys to treats, the items sold here are sure to excite and entice your furry friends; they do for our dogs and cats!

Love this store. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Our dogs love the bulk treats!

Great selection of ranch home pets close & hunting. Always helpful. Competitive pricing. Don't battle the lines anywhere else go here were they always have enough help.
