I purchased a home and Cole and Varano is where I was told the closing would happen. Coming from the PHILADELPHIA area I was unsure of what to expect. Cole and Varano and Joan were awesomeeeeeee. I ultimately purchased another home and I chose Cole and Varano. I transferred deeds and once again I gave Joan a call and she made it happen. They are professional and I would not trust my real estate deals with anyone.

Very nice, easy to find office. The staff are all friendly but the downside is he is very hard to get a hold of even though you are paying him. The secretary says she will call you back and she never does.
