Walmart Vision & Glasses

Walked into Coal Township Vision Center and Michael addressed us immediately and asked if we needed assistance, which we did. He knew where all the frames were located with the specs we asked for; Wider frame for broader face and also plastic arms with metal framed lens area for sensitivity to metal arms.

We had a great time there and enjoyed the conversations and laughs we shared. Michael also adjusted my glasses that I previously bought at another Walmart location, and they finally don't slide down my nose ! What a relief it is to not have to keep pushing them back up.

The frames were placed neatly in the store and in proper locations by frame name, and also plastic lenses were clean, which is important to me. That means they are taking the time to wash off the frames and lenses after customers are picking them up and trying them on.

I highly recommend this location since we were treated so kindly by Michael and will continue to go back. All the associates at this vision center are very helpful and finally a place where workers take pride in their jobs and respect their customers.

Krystal is amazing. I ordered glasses and had issues with them. Krystal knew what the problem was and fixed it immediately. She has outstanding customer service. The new lady working with her, was super kind as well. I will definitely keep going back there. Great job ladies

All around great experience. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Heather set up my appointment, and when I was picking out frames she was very honest and helpful. Dr. Foley is amazing! He's thorough and has a way of putting you at ease. He's also very kind and down to earth. Micheal was great too! I asked him not to tell me when the puff of air was coming and it was the easiest time I ever had. He was very helpful and printed and filled out the forms I needed for reimbursement from my insurance. Overall great team of people. Highly recommend!

They were great! My daughter broke the arm off her glasses and they immediately replaced them so she was able to leave with new frames that’s fit her properly! Kathy was incredibly friendly!

I’ve been going to this location for as long as I can remember . The doctors and staff are very friendly . They currently got a new staff member Krystal and she is fantastic! She will go the extra mile to help you pick something that looks and fits great without breaking the bank ! I would recommend her to anyone looking for good customer service

I want to thank Michael from the Walmart Vision Center in Coal Township for top-notch service. My son needed his eyeglasses adjusted because the glasses were hurting his ears and nose. Michael took us in immediately without an appointment and quickly made the necessary adjustments and he patiently waited until everything fit perfect. He was very professional, kind and very patient. It's not often you get such compassionate and human service in today's day and age. Thank you, Michael! 🙏

All the workers at this location are very friendly and helpful. They always help me pick out glasses and make sure I get frames that fit me well. This year when I got my glasses they helped me use my insurance and gave a discount on my sunglasses too which was very nice!
