DeLano Motel & RV Park Downtown Beaver

I would encourage anyone looking for hotels to give local places a chance. I loved staying here. Ray, the owner, was ultra professional, accommodating, and personable during my stay. 5/5 for my stay. Looking forward to coming back.

We stopped on our way through to Colorado. It was a wonderful experience. It's a small 10 room family owned motel that you can tell takes a great amount of pride in their establishment. Perfect place for a clean, no-nonsense bed and friendly staff.

What a cute roadside motel in downtown Beaver, UT. This lovely place is a throwback to simpler times. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows could use a refresher but we still got a restful night’s sleep. We will definitely remember these guys the next time we pass through.

We stoped at the DeLano Motel during our trip. This was our first stop, and we really enjoyed staying there. The motel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Young woman from the reception was very friendly, gave us recommendations on places to eat and interesting things to see in the area, she also brought us everything we asked for. Also, we liked the painting on the wall in our room)) Thanks to the owners and staff of the motel for the good service and creation of a cozy atmosphere.

BEST rooms with the BEST staff!! Any time we need a place to stay in Beaver this is the motel we stay at. Very clean & well taken care of. You won’t be disappointed!! :)

Me and my group loved this motel so much we reserved a room before we left for our return trip through town! The man at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, they have maps and recommendations for the restaurants in town, and both times we were given water bottles and fresh cookies when we checked in! A+++ service, and we will definitely stay here again if we're passing through town. :)

I'll add mine to this. Checks all the boxes....family owned, super clean, kitschy, cool little accents in the rooms, tidy outside.
When it gets paved, it'll be a total destination spot.

This motel truly is a diamond. The owners and staff were friendly and accommodating. We reserved 4 rooms. Upon arrival they had the heat set and lights on so the rooms were comfortable. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean. I would highly recommend. We will stay again.

Great place to stay! The person at the front desk was extra friendly and helpful with recommendations for dinner. She also provided cookies and water (the cookies were very good). The room was nice sized, comfortable, and very clean. Overall a great experience and I would recommend it highly if you ever find yourself needing to stay in Beaver, Utah!

By far one of the cleanest motels I've ever stayed at. The staff was so friendly. Really went above and beyond to help me feel welcome and well-rested. They recommended me local restaurants and specialties that were close by. And they let me know about some of the more low-key spots that would be perfect places to stop by for my particular journey. Will definitely be back if I find myself anywhere near Beaver again!

Not fancy but clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. The receptionist, for shame I didn’t get her name, was incredibly hospitable and helpful, the nicest hotel/motel receptionist I’ve ever dealt with. Beds were comfortable, room was very quiet, and those are very important for a good rest. I don’t travel through Utah often but I’d definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

The customer service is exceptional. They treat you like family. It is under new owners and they truelly care about their guests. It is only 10 rooms ( LOVE ), there is carports in front of the rooms. Cleanest room i have ever seen and endless hot water. Super quite, cozy and very comfortable. They even ask if you like a soft or hard mattress. It is family owned and operated. I am 61 years old and hands down under EVERY category this is the BEST motel i have experienced. I LOVE THE DELANO 💜💜.

The nicest people I've ever met here. Found ourselves tired and traveling in need of a room on Spring Break weekend. They sold out their last room right before we got there, this same thing happened at the 3 places we tried to stop previous, shortly after sun down. The front reception told me her father was just finishing fixing the shower in the one room they weren't going to rent, but if I didn't mind waiting? In no time I found myself in one the most immaculately kept roadside in rooms of my life with sparkling vintage tiled bathroom. I am often wary of roadside drive ins... But this place is wonderful and the people running it are the Salt of the Earth. They even brought fresh cookies on a tray to our door💕
Pics taken the morning after my daughter and I had the the best sleep of over vacation in comfy beds in a quiet room. We paid a lot more for much less welcoming accomodations on our travels!

Was passing through and booked a room due to other reviews. It was a really great experience, especially the service, but I'll come back around to that. It's an inexpensive room, but it's clear they REALLY care about this motel. Everything was very clean (no unpleasant smells, which is a pretty big deal for a motel), well maintained, basically had everything you need to be comfortable with no unnecessary luxury. The front desk called us to ask if we'd like a firm, soft or medium mattress so he could pick the room and get it warmed up for our 10 pm arrival. He was exceedingly professional when checking in as well. Will 100% stay here again, service is 5 stars, and although it's a fairly bare-bones motel, it was perfect for our needs.

Stopped here for an overnight. Ray, the owner, was SO extremely nice. Even gave us some water and cookies. The cookies were delicious. The room was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was awesome and the bed was super comfortable. Even delivered us a coffee pot for the morning and gave us suggestions for breakfast the next day. If you are in Beaver and need a place to stay I highly recommend this motel. Will recommend to my friends.

Five stars across the board. Not because it's big and fancy but because it's small and intimate. Clean well-kept and loved. The owners are amazing. So kind. If you are sick of the corporate Giants smashing the little guy then stay at this place. Support local when you can, and let's keep America great.

Please consider staying here during your visit - you will be so happy and well rested! The bed was amazing and the room was spotless. The owner and his wife are both beautiful people who went above and beyond to help with my accommodations - they made me feel welcome and were so quick to help me-even though it was late and past closing time . It was an experience I will never forget. I know it sounds odd because it was just a hotel room for the night…but it was far more magical than that. I hope that anyone looking for a hotel room in the area will stay at Delano’s and have the same experience I did- you will leave a different person. Maybe it was the best bed I’ve ever slept on, or maybe it was the Owners genuine kindness, but as long as they are in business, they will have my reservations!! Thank you again!!

When traveling I try to support local. This is a great local spot. Clean, well kept, and friendly. I love the covered parking, it's great during a snowstorm. I will definitely be staying here again. Oh and did I mention the chocolate chip cookies. They were delicious thank you

Simple and SOOOOOO clean! The gentleman who took my reservation on the phone, and then gave a follow up call, was delightful to talk to and the woman at the desk was very friendly. I loved the tile in the bathroom and the chocolate chip cookie! They make the basics extraordinary!
