"gentleman" at the front desk had the worst attitude I've gotten from anyone, let alone someone who works the front desk at a doctor's office. Spoke to me like he was telling at one of his buddies...called me "man" and hung up on me, over an insurance issue in which I couldn't have been more polite. Horrible attitude from start to finish.
