Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Frackville (Pottsville), PA

This was probably the best stay in a hotel that I have ever had. The entire hotel and my room were impeccably clean. I felt super comfortable. Every employee that I spoke to was extremely nice and personable. The bed was a smidge on the hard side and I do wish they had an extra blanket for the bed. I was cold, but I just doubled the covers over myself as I was alone. But, I will say that it was very quiet. I didn’t hear kids yelling or people talking in the hall which was a bizarre, but welcome benefit. The TV did not have a guide and the channels turn slowly, but I found Harry Potter so I was happy enough to just leave it on that channel. The breakfast was good and coffee decent. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great little place if you can find it. Not clearly marked so use GPS! Amber Lynn checked us in and was very helpful and accommodating. Helped us sign up for loyalty rewards and gave us a great rate even though we were walk ins. She was also very helpful in finding a great place to eat! Rooms are clean and maintained. Hotel is a great place in general. Thank you again Amber Lynn for making our stay memorable! We'll be back!

Excellent property and clean rooms. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Beds were fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was always plentiful and fresh. Overall, I had a great experience and the amenities were great. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Renee and Amber who were so pleasant and patient. We were so content with our stay we our planning our next trip already. Everything was clean and everyone was polite. Our room was perfect. Amber really made our trip incredible she was so funny and made sure we had all we needed for our deaf son and accomadated us with extra blankets and even extra cookies for him. Renee spoke to us like family. Within minutes was giving us future vacation ideas. We can't wait to stay again. Honestly we stay at hotels often and this was by far the best experience we have had in years.

This hotel is deightful, the staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the amenties rock. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and then a nice time in the pool before we went off for the day's adventures. Then back to clean rooms, comfortable beds and a good night's sleep. We will return.

I rated it a 3 for location because of there being nothing to do here for kids except for the indoor pool but other then that there's nothing around that area except for industrial parks and the interstate and even if you go down the interstate more either direction your not going to really find anything to do with your kids if you have kids and if they are with you which is horrible for the area.

We’ve stayed here several times with our family for riding trips. We travel a lot and the staff here are some of the kindest, most helpful folks we’ve run into along our travels. The rooms are spacious and ALWAYS clean. (They still have cleaning service every day whereas many hotels have stopped this service.) The breakfast buffet is awesome and we are always greeted by Charlotte who is so sweet and does such a great job taking care of everyone.

Driving through grieving a loved one and needed a place to stay for the night. The staff were so friendly and kind to my family. The rooms are great but the staff is what makes this place. We would 100% come back. Thank you for being so kind to us on such a hard day!

Great hotel as soon as you walk in. It has that cozy home style atmosphere. The whole is clean. Rooms are great. The breakfast in morning is fit for a king. The indoor pool my kids loved it. Definitely going back.

Best hotel in the area. Clean rooms, friendly staff. If you're visiting Ashland or Frackville it's the best place to stay. Not much nearby food or entertainment wise you are definitely driving to dinner, that's not the hotel's fault. I have stayed here multiple times and I'll certainly stay there again.

Rooms were nice, spacious, bright and clean! Refrigerator and coffee maker in the room were a nice touch.
The complimentary welcome cookie was very good! ;-)
Staff at the reception was friendly.
Breakfast was a little disappointing for my husband (he had the omelette and sausage patties and said everything was very greasy). I had the oatmeal, yogurt and peanut butter bagel and it was delicious!! ;-)
We didn’t use the pool nor the laundry room but it was nice to know they were there.

I stayed here for my best friend's birthday weekend and it was extremely pleasant. The staff was fantastic, super friendly and really clean which was honestly the first thing we noticed. I would stay here again. 100% worth it.

We have stayed here the last four times we have visited the area! Bre, Amber, Charlotte, and the rest of the staff are amazing. This hotel makes you feel right at home. The staff knows you by name and interacts with you like you are their family. They have a pool and exercise room. It is in a quiet location off I-81. The rooms and beautiful and clean. The beds are super comfy. Absolutely no complaints. Will continue to stay when we visit.

I loved this place. We got a king size room and it was huge. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was decent. Breakfast was good if you like a variety. Omelets were a little different. You'd love them if you like a little spice. I smoke and the smoking section is 2 chairs just outside of the carport pull-through. There are tables with chairs on either side of the entrance. I actually talked with manager and she said it's fine as long as I clean up after myself. Which I was doing anyway. Bre is awesome. She really dealt well with my husband's absurd fetish for a heated pool. The air was hot, pool was freezing. Said 74 but felt like Gloucester water. Apparently they're fixing it today. Even still, 2 thumbs up 👍

Went there for a night they did not give me the room I had a reservation for but they fixed it and the rest of my night went well

We stayed over on Mother's Day weekend. Upon arrival we were met with a wonderful lady, I believe her name was Brittany. The room was exceptionally clean. The best part was making our waffles and enjoying the hot and cold breakfast buffet along with an arrangement of drinks. We will definitely be staying here again..

We stayed at this hotel on the way home from a trip up north. We had a great experience thanks to Bre. She was kind and understanding when we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for after a long trip. The complimentary water bottles on the fridge were a nice touch. Bre also gave us little coloring books and crayons to keep our two-year-old content. The room was super clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed for two nights Friday and Saturday. The rooms were clean and updated with great beds and plenty of pillows. The breakfast common area was bright clean and fresh. The hotel staff went the extra mile for me and my family. I can say I really think the people working there are the best asset the owners have. I would definitely stay there again.

I stay here for years everything I go see my son. Always Clean great place. Breakfast is also good. The reception is prompt.
