EMS Truck Repair and Towing

Couldn’t get the problem figured out ourselves but EMS came over right away and Justin stayed late to get our repair figured out and fixed! 10/10 would recommend have always been honest and fair!

I drove my truck to the shop and they were very Nice and helpful gave me a good Pricing and had my truck fixed in no time, the Guy who fixed my truck was Justin He did an amazing Job thank you Mike for the service.

Katie and her crew were fantastic to work with. They came and towed our Penske 26' truck and car towing trailer to their shop and repaired a U joint and replaced the destroyed fan belts and did the electrical repair for the computer system related to the DEF system. They made us a priority, as we were stranded in their town, on our way from Florida to Washington State. They are excellent at their work. Could not have been more pleased!!!

Have to wait in Freightliner dealer about 2 weeks.

Helpful staff and had exactly what we needed to get on the road.

Had a turbo blew and and towed to this shop. Very nice and friendly people. Got me right in and done the next day. Now I did only drive 95 miles and the new turbo blew and got towed right back to the same shop. Now pdi says they won’t cover it under warranty for obviously reasons but this shop completely backed up there work and took very good care of me. They gave me rides to hotels and places to eat. I would definitely go back
to this shop and I recommend

Excellent company. They care about their drivers, and the people that they serve. I highly recommend them for breakdowns on large vehicles like tractor trailers, UPS, TRUCKS ETC.

Fast and very friendly. They keep you informed of what is going on with your truck. Fast at getting to you when you are broke down on the side of the road. And when repairs can’t be done on the side of the road they follow you to a safe haven.

Through no fault of theirs, my imploded driver side window could not be repaired. Everyone was helpful in getting me a room, getting pics of my reefer temp gauge for Safety, and outright friendly.
