Vitamin World -- In-Store Shopping or Curbside Pickup

Went to Vitamin World today at Philadelphia Outlet in Pottstown pa and the store was amazing, well let me explain stop by because I'm in the Vitamin retail industry in Philadelphia but nothing compared to this store it was so immaculate that you could eat off the floors. Plus the woman Janelle was the perfect example of Wonderful customer service, she was extremely kind, up beat and courteous.
And that's on a Sunday and we all know retail so different on Sunday's lol..
So if anyone needs vitamins & Supplements stop by Vitamin World you won't regret it..

Went in today and met the new manager, Ian. He was very friendly, personable, and professional. He made me feel like more than "just another customer".

I love that they are back open. I will only go in an get my pill from them. I will not get not order them I have to go to their store it is the best way. The employees so nice and helpfull.

All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell they really take pride in helping customers achieve healthy lifestyles.

Do not buy from this company. Purchaed 2 bottles of fish oil and was supposed to get a 3rd free. Call multiple time and just got a run around. Some excuse that their system was being overhauled.
They could SELL me a bottle , but could not send me the one that was owed. Finally, they offered a refund but only by a wire transfer to my bank. After all the run around they gave me, I wa not going to give out me bank info. I am done buying from this company. Something is going on with them as they have closed mulitple stores
