Our family is so grateful to Tim and Tom for the excellent care provided during the hardest time in our lives. We lost my grandmother and her twin sister just one day a part, and Sullivan’s Funeral Home went above and beyond with all preparations, start to finish for both ladies. The viewings and funeral services were held jointly, totally personalized with all logistics completely taken care of for us. Sullivan’s is professional, compassionate, flexible and knowledgable. The send-off for our ladies was absolutely beautiful, down to every detail. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you! Could not recommend Tim and Tom more!

What a great experience. I highly recommend using Sullivan’s services they had everything done so nicely! Instead of a book for guests to sign they had made a wooden Phillies sign for guests to sign with a marker! Video of my fathers pictures was nicely done. Great communication. I couldn't of picked a better place to have my dad taken care of. It's been the worst shock of my life esp as a 31 year old and losing both parents within 4 months. They were so kind, compassionate, patient, understanding, and yet very professional. Did everything I asked of no problem and more. I can't thank them enough 100000x over. They are the absolute best. Tim and Tom truly went above and beyond for us during the difficult and unexpected passing of our mother. Every step of the process was explained and everything is taken care of with compassion. Extra personal touches including the photo DVD, flowers and stethoscope/RN on her casket. We are eternally grateful for the love and care provided to our mother.

Tim ~ On behalf of The Urban Family I would like to thank you for all you did for us to give a beautiful final farewell to our Aunt Jean. It was a small and intimate funeral but beautiful just the same. The intimate added touches, i.e. her name on the back of the hearse, you made it more special, someone that did matter in life. You made it so much easier for us when she passed, having mostly everything pre-planned. You always answered any questions we had with kindness and compassion. Anything you did for us did not go unnoticed. We are so appreciative, more than you know. We will always highly recommend your services to others.

For funeral places it was lovely. Been there 4 times so far. Thomas was funeral director when 4 of my family members passed away. 2 aunts and 2 uncles.
