I had been waiting for a very delayed shipment. Once I learned it had arrived, I was easily able to contact them and have them hold it on their dock so I could pick it up myself instead of waiting for the scheduled delivery date. They were very helpful and personable. A good experience.

The dock workers were really nice. Also, they are great kissers!

Estes Express delivered our range hood; they communicated via text &/or email. Box is in good shape (we haven't opened it).The only problem was communication about time of delivery: text and email gave different days, but when I called and the office gave correct time window, and driver called 30 mins ahead as promised,.

Got a call to set up delivery time, got home a little early to lay plywood down to get material into side yard, driver called ahead of time to let me know when he would be there, showed up quicker than I thought, which worked out great and we worked together to get pallets into side yard. 4 pallets total of 4100lbs. So it was nice not having to move all that myself from the side walk!!!! Thumbs up

Estes freight shipped my recumbent trike. It arrive safely. It was on time even during Christmas crush. Staff in Albuquerque helped me get it into my car. I would highly recommend them and definitely do business again.

We live in a rural area SE of Santa Fe. It had rained all morning and the delivery truck driver called and advised that his truck would be unable to deliver to the house because of the muddy, slippery dirt road above the Cañoncito area. He proposed I meet him. We selected a site and he unloaded the 360 pound (three boxes) into the bed of my pickup. He went the extra mile and I appreciated his effort.
