Great people! Super nice, honest, and fair... they won't try to fix stuff that isn't broken... gave us a list of things that "will need fixed in the near future" so we could spread out the repairs a bit. We own a concrete business, and they are our new shop-of-choice for a dump truck! They go above and beyond trying to keep their customers happy... I'm happy for sure! -Lori-

My husband and I stopped in while driving through Pennsylvania after our muffler had disconnected. Took a chance off of a quick Google search while being in the middle of nowhere. We were greeted with down-to-earth people and nothing but kindness. They were able to weld the pipe back together and had us back on the road within 45 minutes. They didn’t take advantage of us and charged us a really great price. I wish we had more people like this, near us in Michigan. They are very accommodating and highly experienced. Do not hesitate to take your vehicle to them! You will not be disappointed!

Came into town from VA and was in quite a pinch when I called Burrell Automotive just an hour before closing. They let me come in and replaced my wheel bearing after ordering the part from a local supplier. They stayed late to get me back on the road and they did a great job at it too! Very nice family and excellent service at a fair price. 10/10 recommend.

Highly recommend! Had front breaks, wheel bearings, & tires rotated. Family owned with top tier customer service. Pricing is affordable and fair. Will definitely be returning for all future repairs.

The family at Burrell Automotive is incredible!! We broke down on the turnpike with no idea what was wrong with our vehicle. They diagnosed and fixed our car within 20 minutes of arriving and had us on our way! Jeannie is an angel! She was so kind while we waited and the guys working on the car clearly explained the issue once they finished. I wish we didn’t live 3 hours away or I would make them my permanent mechanics! Not only do they run a business well they are also all around kind people! I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area with any car needs.

These people are great people, especially when you need help the most! I was traveling through PA and my car stopped. They were fast in fixing the car and worked with me in picking it up since I was so far away.

Amazing! My car broke down on the turnpike and I was headed across the country for a family member’s funeral. I thought for sure I would be spending the night in a hotel. But they were able to fix my car within 2 hours and for a price way below what I was expecting. Absolutely recommend.

This place is excellent! Not only are they extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but they really know what they’re doing. I ran into car trouble on a drive across the country, and after a quick call, they agreed to see me right away. I was on my way in 30 mins. If you’re in the area and need assistance, definitely give this place a call.

We got stuck just off the turnpike with a tire issue. They sent someone to help us safely drive to their shop where they fixed our tire and even brought their dogs out to play with and entertain our son while we waited. We were back on the road in no time and we can’t thank them enough!

We were driving home on the turnpike when the oil pressure light came on - found this place on our route and had them diagnose the issue. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and had us back on the road within a half hour of pulling in so we could get home. Highly recommend!

I called Burrell Automotive late in the afternoon after getting a check engine light on my vehicle. They were able to get me in right away and we’re able to quickly attach the diagnostic device and determine that the problem was a sticking thermostat (stuck open) and eased my worry of not being able to continue my trip home. Honest. Affordable. Meticulous. We have taken all 3 of our vehicles here and I could not be happier with all of the work that they've done. Fixed right the first time, every time and they don't beat you over the head and steal your wallet. Very thorough and up front so there's no surprises at the end. Great to still find businesses like this.

Today, my 21 year old daughter and her fiance were halfway from Ohio back to our home in Fairfax VA (DC area), when her Subaru's idler pulley and sepentine belt failed on the PA Turnpike - leaving them with no power steering and a dying battery. We diagnosed the problem over FaceTime, and I started calling local shops - thanking God it was Burrell's that answered. They agreed to do a same-day fix if the parts were available, and for a normal, very fair price. The car died about 100 yards from the shop, and the Burrell folks towed it in, sent an employee driving 40 minutes to gather the parts, pointed the kids to a local restaurant, and had them back on the road in a couple of hours. From a dad, thank you so very much to Harold and the rest of the Burrell team - especially the nice lady with the puppy who first picked up the phone and was also so sweet to these stranded young people. I would recommend your company to anyone.

Can't say enough about these guys... I was driving home to Virginia when my power steering suddenly went out and battery light came on. I got off the nearest exit and found these guys. They immediately diagnosed it, same-day delivered the parts, and had me back on the road that same afternoon. They were fair, honest, helpful, and even offered food for me and water for my dog. If you ever have car issues, I can't imagine a better option than these guys.

Honest place to take your vehicle and work you can trust. Saved us from getting burned by someone else. If you need work done I’d tell everyone to come here. It’s nice to know there are still places you don’t have to worry about being taken advantage of. Can’t say enough good things

After my normal mechanic retired I was told about this place and I'm glad I've decided to start coming here. Friendly people are not too expensive and right off route 31.
