Absolutely do NOT use this company. I was purchasing a vehicle from them and at first they were great. Then my daughter needed heart surgery and after realizing I couldn’t make payments I returned the vehicle. They said they would consign it for me so I signed papers for the consignment realizing that I would probably still owe some money. However, after I signed the consignment papers they decided to send it to auction without notifying me and sell an $11k truck for just shy of 2k then immediately sue me and garnish my wages for MORE than I originally owed. Now we are finding out they did the same with my boyfriends truck. They even sent papers saying it was being sold at auction two weeks ago only it never went to auction. It’s currently sitting on their lot.
