Small court house. Only open couple days. Week so pay attention to the schedule. The judge is fair actually one of the better judges I have been in front of.

Though small, the Judge, and Bailiff were very professional, and courteous. They conducted themselves better than most courts I've been in.

No one will answer the phone. I was relocating from the US and on my way to Canada I got pulled over by a police officer who claimed I was going 88 in 65 and gave me a ticket. Instead of making it straightforward to pay, you have to mail the ticket to them to then send you the mount you need to pay. I have mailed the ticket to them and is close to a month now and no response. I have tried calling several times but no answer. I had a clean record. First time to ever be pulled over by a police officer since I started driving in the US 5 years now.

First off, this place targets out-of-towners!!!! I was not even 5 minutes from the PA border, and he pulled me for doing 65 in a 50! When I called to pay for the ticket, I was constantly rerouted to someone who didn't know how to work the office! Or straight to voicemail! No one knows what they’re doing. They don’t answer the phone..they have crazy hours of 2 pm-6 pm. Random days, the court is closed. Terrible.

I have never had to deal with people so rude over the phone before. The one head woman actually hung up on me. Lindley’s sympathy is not present. They sent my ticket to the WRONG address an entire year ago. Mind you, I don’t live in NY and the way PA does speeding tickets is complete different. They told me it is my fault for not reaching out to them. I had never gotten a ticket before so I did not think to had to reach out to them? How is this my responsibility? I don’t know how these things work and no one wanted to help me. This is my first offense ever, my driving record is perfect and I have never had to deal with anything like this before. Lindley made it very hard for me pay off a simple speeding ticket. I just had questions and facts to back up my questions and the responses I received by Lindley were rude and not helpful. Now I am stuck paying $313, with a suspended license and a $300 driving assessment all due ASAP. I am a college student and I do not have $613 laying around. This is not a professional way to due business.

I've tried calling them and contacting them with questions regarding how to proceed with a traffic ticket I received while vacationing out-of-state in Niagra Falls, and the phone just rings and rings, then says their voice mail is full and asks me for an access code. I see from the google reviews that this is problem several others have had as well.

I was pulled over for going 84 in a 65 (no construction/safety zone). This court is trying to fine me $2,053 for this. 19 miles over the speed limit. No one will answer my call. This cannot be right.

Speed trap. The people are nasty, and I was charged over $500 in fees for a single ticket. They add an additional $300 to a ny ticket 'driver responsibility' fees that came as soon as I paid my ticket. They don't tell you this, and as an out of 'stater' you have no idea what huge fines are coming. I live in PA so I just avoid them as much as I can. They've lost thousands in sales tax over this because I just go to Williamsport now to shop.

The lady there who answered me the first time was lovely, but the thing is, I call and no one EVER picks up. I will try to call for hours and I never get a response. I can't leave a message, I have emailed them, I don't get a response. Anytime I do call, it rings nonstop then asks me for an access code? I don't know what to do, I'm trying my best here, and going down there isn't really an option because I live over 2 hours away. I just want to get my issue resolved and I can't call if they don't pick up, I've sent quite a few emails with no response. They need to be open for more days of the week and/or longer hours, and they need more staff.

The staff here are incompetent. Period. They only answer the phone two days a week for a four hour span each day. If you get their voicemail they direct you to email them and provide an email address. I've emailed them a total of 5 times trying to check on the status of a ticket and have not heard back from them. They do not respond. Good luck to whoever is unfortunate enough to have to interact with them. I truly mean that. Good luck.

Got a speeding ticket... Of course!! But this court is terrible doesn't answer phone calls and you don't even get to leave a message anymore,, machine says enter Remote Access Code then it hangs up.. I'm just trying to count my losses and pay this ticket but I can't even do that

Beware of this little town on the way to Niagara Falls. it is a speed trap and the cops show no mercy. In fact, the tickets they issue support their payroll.

I got a ticket on 23May since then I am trying to contact but most of the times the court is closed. On Thursday it was ringing and no one is taking the calls. I want to get information about my ticket. If I have to go in person its 4 hours drive. Can any one suggest me what to do.

No one is ever here.. they NEVER answer Their phones it says the town hall is next door and it looks like a run down house.. BUT you also can’t login to pay tickets online ... SPEED TRAP

I got pulled over for going 70 on a 65 I sent back the ticket and I haven’t get a response yet and is about to be a month. horrible court

Everytime I call its closed, how can anyone contest a ticket if the building is always closed been trying to get in contact with this place for a month no one returns my calls from the countless messages I left but they suspended my license after I had already mailed in my ticket signed that I will pay for it with my contact information which they did NOT use listed which of course they mailed back to me acknowledging it was received.

i can’t get ahold of anyone it’s really stressful and unfair i want to discuss my traffic ticket i work to and i’m
mot available all the time so i make time to call and nobody can answer ever

Avoid this town with your life, this is a speed trap from head to toe and the judge even if you would like a trial, will give you a guilty no matter what. I have never seen a more biased judge in my life.

Like many others, got a speeding ticket here and this court makes it impossible to contact them and pay. The most ridiculous, unprofessional establishment I've ever seen. Pathetic, actually.
