Hemlock Lakes Campground

I love it here, it's so peaceful and quiet. The owners are down to earth, friendly and very helpful. There is a sandy beach with a pond for the kids and 3 other catch and release ponds to fish or kayak in.

You know the times are changing when you have to leave 1/2 the family home because you can't or when most of the American campgrounds are getting too expensive but this one wasn't and it felt like the good old times . good down to earth relaxing. I loved it, and the owners are superb friendly people, and so was Don the ground keeper, cool dude 😎 😀. We will be back for sure .

I absolutely love it here. I could go on and on with the wonderful activities..Dave and Janice are absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. I have a guest who uses a wheelchair I asked them for a larger picnic table and the next day the owner was at the hardware store buying the lumber to build me an accessible table

Like a hidden gem with beautiful tall trees and 3 lakes/ponds within walking distance!

Just the Best Darn campground anywhere! Nothing but great experiences for the past 30+ years. Would recommend to all. Owners are top notch People! The Wilbur’s. And then we got a letter in the mail telling us that after 30+ years we had to go. Apparently we were not spending enough time there. This is the new Country we live in. Thanks for the Memories.

Isn't too bad but we only get the front of the park there or there's just a little swimming hole and they keep all the campsites to the Kinney August

The owners are fantastic! Great campground not so far off the beaten path but far enough to feel the wilderness. Fishing, swimming, volleyball, playground, tent sites, camper sites, they have it all. Highly recommend joining them for Karaoke nights 😀

First time here to visit my friends at their camp.
All I have to say is WOW.
The minute i turned into park i felt a sence of peace and happiness being greeted with a beautiful, simple swimming area with a nice sandy Beach area with picnic tables. The office is right there with a deck wrapping the office building. The owners where so inviting and friendly. I also loved seeing tons of kids actually out playing and being kids again.
It is well maintained and clean. BATHROOMS, SHOWERS, PLAYGROUND,OPEN COMMON AREAS, PATHS, PONDS, CABINS, AMD IM SURE SO MUCH MORE.
Dogs aloud provided you follow the basic rules. Keep at ypur camp site, must be on a tie out or on a leash at all times, and clean up after.
I would have so many more pics but darkness creeped up on me.
I dont like that they do not have a firewood area, or that the owners dont go around seeing if cps need wood. Charge $5/$10 a wheel barrow. I also don't like how the camp sites dont have a built in grill.
So many activities they could offer like horse shoes, face painting, pet parade or contest, bingo, dance night, put money coins in a pile of sand and do age groups for the kids and give x amount of minutes for kids to try and find it. Chili cook off or make ur fav. dish. Photo contest and change theme each week. There are endless things to offer at no cost to very little cost. A few charging washing machines and dryers would be very helpful also.

Such a great quiet place to go with your family. There are a ton of things to do for kid. Fishing, swimming, arcade, playground, they have special activities, trails for walking. We recommend this place to everyone! The owners are wonderful and treat you like family.

Peaceful getaway with camping for everyone. Beautiful scenery fishing, swimming and old fashioned American fun. Pricing is phenomenal, very professional friendly service. Best family get away in NORTHWEST PA.

Dave and Janice are awesome people and take very good care of the campgrounds. I absolutely love it there, it's not overcrowded like most places which makes me very happy. Yes I am a permanent camper 😀😃😄😁

We are loving our experience and a great place for my little one to learn to fish and kayak. My little one loves the play ground and friendliness of everyone there.

Had an excellent experience camping this year as a 1st time seasonal camper owers are awesome and campers are very respectful I would definitely say to check this place out next year a+++++ place

So private really good place take children onmy one thing wasnt so good was haveing to pay a quarters to shiwer but great place go there ull lo e it 5 stars all day also the price fot the cabin was very gair
