Foggy Mountain Lodge and Pub

Just had our wedding at Foggy Mountain, and it was the most beautiful day!!! Karen made wedding planning easy, and everything went off without a hitch. We had our ceremony under the Pavilion, which was the perfect amount of space for a larger group. The reception in Walnut Hall allowed for plenty of space to dance and celebrate. Bartenders and servers were awesome. Food was delicious! They lit a bonfire for us after the reception, so the fun could continue once the reception ended. (A wedding here is very affordable, too!!)

The lodging was also reserved for our party until about month out from our wedding date, so we were able to have our friends and family stay with us throughout the weekend! Chestnut Lodge has the larger suite rooms, and these were the perfect space to get ready for the big day.

The restaurant/bar remained open throughout the weekend, but this let all of our friends and family get to enjoy more time together, and the restaurant has a nice outdoor patio with heaters. Finally, the property and surrounding scenery are just beautiful and well maintained. This lead to some awesome photos.

Foggy Mountain is a beautiful setting for a wedding. My daughter and son-in-law got married here and it was a great day. The outdoor pavilion provided open air views to the gorgeous Fall day. The reception hall has a beautiful fireplace to decorate, which served as a lovely focal point behind the sweetheart table. The food was delicious and the wait staff and bartender were very attentive to everyone. Things ran very smoothly. All of this is headed up by Karen, who is truly passionate about what she does. A good time was had by all those in attendance!

This place is a hidden little gem. The bar food we had was good. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and updated. We had the entire lodge to ourselves for the night. The room could use some better / brighter light bulbs. They had a game room and fireplace in the lodge with breakfast items we could grab in the morning.
We will return here when visiting the area in the future.

Lodge was nice and clean. Pub was awesome food was fantastic. Trivia night was very fun. Live band was great. Highly recommend this place. We definitely will be going back!!

We had our sons wedding at foggy mountain. If I could give the more then 5 stars I would. What a great place everyone was great from the wedding planner to the bar tender, the rooms can't say enough, Thank you everyone at foggy mountain. I have 2 more weddings and I will be back. Outstanding service! Brandon and his team provided phenomenal service and a great hunt! I would highly recommend this guide service to any hunting experience level. I wish I could leave more than five stars as our group was very satisfied with our experience!

The perfect getaway place in a small town. Beautiful! Also, the restaurant has amazing food. Every time I've been there I've always loved everything that I have ordered. The prime rib, crab bisque, and wild mushroom ravioli will always be my favorite dishes there.

We went for a late evening dinner. Head the band playing in the bar. It was an enjoyable evening. The food was good. The salad was a nice size. It was the first time we had ordered a pizza. Crust was perfectly cooked!

Stopped for lunch, really nice place. Had the philly steak hoggie and tried crab bisque and french onion soup, everything was great. Our waitress Kaylie was super nice and attentive. We will definitely be stopping there again.

We had our wedding up here recently and the venue was just perfect for what we had planned. The owners are very nice and accommodating and the reception hall was perfect and beautiful for what we had planned. We also had our rehearsal dinner at the restaurant nearby for our guests and their homemade pizzas are fantastic! Everyone enjoyed the catering at our wedding and the scenery. It was just a beautiful place to celebrate with everyone and we got lucky by having a sunny, early June day with gorgeous blue skies. Loved the fire-pit at the end of the night too, was really fun!

It had been a while since I last visited this establishment. I was pleased with the service as well as my meal. I ordered the crispy chicken salad, and the portion was huge. The food came quickly and was still warm.

We stayed at Foggy Mountain for 2 nights and it was absolutely amazing! We stayed in the Cedar Lodge and it was beautiful, clean and very comfortable! We loved the common area with the seating area and the kitchen. The complementary snacks and drinks were fabulous! Thank you! We spent mornings and evenings socializing with other quests and left with new friends.
The gentleman that refilled the wood to the fire place was so nice, actually everyone was. Nicole was very sweet when we spoke to her about out reservation. The food was also good and the bartender was great! We played pool and rummy in the game room every night, so fun. We really don’t have anything bad to say, it was was a wonderful stay. As soon as we got home we made more reservations, looking forward to out next visit! Thank you Foggy Mountain for making our weekend getaway so enjoyable.

A little hard to find, but property and area was a beautiful setting. Went for a bite to eat and drinks. Prices reasonable, service very good, food very good. Recommended.

If you are planning a medium size wedding, I would strongly recommend.
We planned our wedding very quickly. The owner was responsive and so well organized. She had our menu planned and provided a list of area vendors, all of whom we were please with.
Walnut Hall was a beautiful space for the event. The grounds looked beautiful. The suites were a wonderful place to get ready and spend time with our family. The resort is small enough to book the entire resort for your wedding and guest. And there is a central fire pit for more time together after.
The food was good, the price is fair, and the staff was wonderful.

This was our first time there. We picked this place out of the blue to have New Years Eve dinner and drinks. I must say a great choice. The place is very nice with a great atmosphere. The best is the employees. The batender was friendly and served great drinks. I am sorry I did not get her name. Our waiter Ken was excellent with his service and pleasant. The Chef who I did not meet put out a excellent meal. The prime rib was the best I have ever had. Way to go chef !! We will definitely be back. Happy New Years

We held our wedding reception here last weekend, and I can’t say enough about this gem! The lodging was perfect for our out of town guests as well as my bridesmaids and I to get ready for the wedding! Karen & her husband were so accommodating and the planning was so easy with her help! The staff was wonderful as was the food!! I cannot wait to get the professional photos back as the scenery is so beautiful here! Thank you for making our wedding perfect!

We were on Reason to Ride we stopped for dinner ! The food was excellent everything was perfect! The order was done in no time at all everything was delicious. The prime rib was very tasty our waitress was super nice also . We be back soon and hopefully sending some.friends that way also

Really enjoyed the over all atmosphere. Good service & food. Nice place. Prime rib, 🐟, hot pepper pasta, salad, baked potato, garlic mash'd potato.....bellies full.😊
