This is a gem!!! If you are spending time at Seven Springs take a short drive down the mountain. Great food, spirits and staff! I can not wait to return.

We love this restaurant. It is comfortable, inviting, and the food is fabulous. Last night we had butternut squash ravioli and roasted cauliflower with brie soup. Both were wonderful! The soup was not too creamy and oh so yummy. On a previous evening the chef made a special little salad for me because I couldn't eat the onions in the menu version. It had arugula and some other greens with an amazing dressing! We also had steak there for Valentine's Day. Normally I'm not a fan of steak not cooked by me on my Weber, but this was excellent. Cooked perfectly and served with just right (i.e., not burned) brussel sprouts. We have never had anything but great meals here. It's only 3 miles from the PA Turnpike. Go!

Great food, generous portions, super friendly staff.
The cheese board had nice portions of 3 cheeses, parma ham, olives, bread, and mustard.
The green salad was huge- more than enough for 2 to split.
The fish tacos were again generous and beautiful.
The short rib ragu was a large bowl of noodles and meat. I only wish i had more room; it was delicious.

Our family has been going to the Main Street Wine Bar frequently since their opening. The proprietors are on site and know their regular customers by name. The staff has been with them for years and are professional, efficient & friendly. The menu is seasonal and meals are delightful We recommend the experience.

We ordered the shaved pear and blue cheese salad to start - simply delicious. We had the scallops and the filet and split the main course with each other. Not sure which was better. Both seemed to melt in our mouth. The artichoke and dill risotto sounded odd but was a delightful taste. Would definitely recommend going - you won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful summer evening here recently. Excellent meal, great wine and beer options and delightful waitress. We travel an hour and pay tolls to visit the Main Street Wine Bar!! It’s like a fun staycation for us!

Absolutely delicious food, wonderful service, terrific atmosphere. Came to the area to visit Falling Water. This is one of the few places I will visit again when I come back in the future. If you are looking for a place to discover innovative cuisine while enjoying an inviting and contemporary atmosphere this is it. The menu changes often. But we had the Marguerita Pizza, Sesame Noodles and Lemon Cheesecake. All was beyond ridiculously delicious.

This is always a treat. Great creative menu items, friendly service and along with a great selection wine they have great cocktail menu too. Always keeping it interesting and fresh.

Nice spot, higher end, reservations recommended. Happy hour drinks till 5. Drinks were very well done. Appetizer was unique. I will have to try this place again.

Well, where to begin. This place is the best! I have visited many times and each time the experience exceeds expectations. Simply divine from the service (Rita) to the food to the hostess/owner (Virginia). The Main Street Wine Bar is a "mountain gem". If you are a fan of different wines, then this is the place for you. And oh, the food. I love the Asparagus salad right now but just tried the Dipping Fries last week-end and WOW! Other menu items include burgers, filet, salmon, pizzas and many more. The Wine Bar has a beautiful outdoor deck that is perfect for Summer dining. Hope to see you there this Summer!

This is a beautiful and trendy yet quaint little restaurant. The service is wonderful and the food is excellent! They also have a great drink selection, from wine and beer, to cocktails. Would definitely recommend.

There was not a giant overwhelming selection of food which was good. The menu was very balanced and the food we ordered was excellent. We will be sure to return here with a date night with our friends!

I ate here 2 nights in a row while in the mountains. They have the best food, service and atmosphere. Before coming here the 2nd night, I walked into 2 other restaurants and walked out because I had to come back HERE! Truly authentic food and people. I could not live next door to this place. Lol

Coming from the city, we were pleased to find a place on our getaway that had such obvious high standards. Menu was top notch and theres a drink for everyone. Would definitely go again
