We had a great experience at Ferry's automotive. We were visiting from out of town and had an automotive emergency. They went out of their way to make sure we were fixed and safe to drive home. We are so appreciative of their work ethic and fair pricing.

New to the Ligonier PA area and read several reviews of Ferry’s Automotive. They had good reviews and rightly so. I took Matt for a ride to determine what was a “whirring” sound from my Tacoma and 25 feet into the ride he diagnosed the problem. Not only did he fix my truck, he texted video of the repair. He also found another smaller issue and fixed that too. Ferry’s Automotive is now my and my wife’s mechanic. Thanks for the excellent service at a very fair price!

Was visiting a friend in Ligonier and chose Ferry's to get an oil change and filter because they had good reviews... So here is another one...I called ahead and was told they were booked for the holiday rush. I said I totally understood and thank you, but got a call from the owner a couple hours later to tell me she had a cancellation for that day. Showed up and was in and out in minutes. Great price, no sell pitch, very friendly! Please support these family businesses!

Matt and Linda always take great care of you and your vehicle. They find and fix issues in a timely manner. They are very helpful with advice on self remedies as well.

Always great service. My son broke down on the turnpike. Called Matt for advice. He was in the tow truck to get him before I hung up the phone.

Took my expedition here for a power steering issue. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Unfortunately, the part was faulty, but they were quick to rectify the issue and got me back on the road in a timely manner. Will be back with my other vehicle when needed. A+

We have been using Ferry's for 34 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I do most repairs myself and they are extremely supportive of me even doing a housecall to help me get a transmission mated to an engine! As I get older, I will be using them more and my wife knows that Ferry's is the only place to go! Honest, excellent service, quality parts, knowledgeable, and excellent shop, tools, and kindness. Fair prices and usually fixes the problem the first time. I've serviced medical equipment for 45+ years, so I value honesty and frank assessment of issues.

Caught a hole in my tire down the road at Linn Run State Park. This place was the closest and it’s quite fortunate. They pulled and patched my tire in less than 20 minutes and a more than fair price. The technician Chris was super efficient and nice. Would definitely recommend!

Genuine, honest, trustworthy garage. Linda went way above the call of duty to help me out. I was a first time customer, took my car there for inspection/emissions. I received an email detailing everything, including brake pad depth and even pictures of any defects that needed attention, including a sample of my transmission fluid that was filthy. At this point it was brought to my attention that I had a bulge in the side wall of my front drivers side tire, preventing the car to pass PA state inspection. The Pirelli tire rated at 85,000 had just been purchased in December from another dealer and had about 8,500 miles on them. Knowing "their stuff" they checked on the manufacturers warranty and had the tire replaced at the pro-rated charge per Pirelli warranty guidelines. I reccomend these guys to anybody, even if you have to travel 2+ hours to get here. Honest, reliable, consistent garage here. They hardly make any money on an inspection service as it is. Customer satisfaction is clearly their #1 goal!

High quality work. They'll let you know any other problems they see or upcoming maintenance you should be thinking about, but they don't try to hard sell a bunch of up charges. They just care and it shows.
