This has become our favorite restaurant... amazing food, amazing people.

First time here. The decor was so festive. The food was authentic and delicious. Owners, Stephanie (front of the house) and Alfredo(Chef), have out done themselves. I was so impressed by everything from start to finish. Will definitely be back!!! Highly recommended!

THE BEST Mexican food in the area and my favorite restaurant in Ligonier. Been going here pretty much weekly since it’s opened. The specials always have an authentic taste and feel. The soups are some of the best I’ve ever had. The food is always delicious and the service is second to none. I suggest this place to everybody because it’s well worth the trip. BYOB and enjoy some of the best Mexican food you will ever have.

I have been to many Mexican restaurants, it's one of my favorite foods. I must say, this restaurant is simply amazing!!! The queso dip is the best I have ever had!!! I've tried 3 different dishes so far and absolutely loved all of them. The service is quick and the staff attentive.

I mean, WOW! I have had lots of mexican food around here and this one is definitely top 10. Not too greasy, not too spicy and authentic! 10/10

Had lunch here with some friends. Ordered mushroom quedadilla with chicken, and my friend got the same but with lengua which isn't always available. Both were delicious, service was prompt and attentive. I also got some tres leches cake. It wasn't necessarily traditional but it sure was delicious! I don't know about the other places around this area to have lunch but El Vaquero is strong competition.

Great food, friendly service. The chicken Tortilla soup was delicious and the special included a taco was a good deal.

Wow what a great Mexican restaurant! Fish tacos were delish. Beans and rice were perfect!

The food is authentic and absolutely delicious. I had the enchiladas. They gave me two beef and two chicken, some rice, and refried beans. My boyfriend got a burrito. Together we had the chile relleno and tortilla soup. All were extremely flavorful. The service was very helpful and attentive. Finally, the atmosphere was bright and cheery with Mexican style decor and music. Overall, greatly recommend.

Authentic Mexican! I felt like I was in an Authentic restaurant in SanDiego only better. The other Mexican restaurant in Ligonier on Route 30 can't touch this place. Travel to the diamond in town for the best Mexican food in Pennsylvania!

We used to eat at their Mexican night on Fridays, still absolutely amazing and flavorful. Best authentic Mexican anywhere around. Asked for spicy and they actually can do it! I'll be eating here as much as I can! Excellent job, keep up the great work!.

Stephanie, her husband, and their staff run the most warm, welcoming and well managed establishment in (my opinion!) all of Ligonier’s historic Diamond.

The food is outstanding - fresh, piping hot, and so colorful. The recipes were handed down from family, and we are so lucky they decided to share their delicious family traditions with the rest of us!

This family owned and operated restaurant serves excellent food very quickly. They are extremely accommodating with large groups. They are BYO and make a fantastic Tres Leches cake for your birthday (order ahead)
