I have been shopping with Allegory Gallery since the pandemic (2020). They are now a trusted supplier for my business, Sweet Pea Gemstones, it takes a-lot of trust to be on this list. You can trust what you’re getting when you purchase from them. I never had to return anything, but if I did, I’m sure it would not be a problem. And their pricing structure is great. 😁

Allegory Gallery carries a large, curated collection of wonderful things - artisan beads, beading supplies, and also art, jewelry, and unique objects. Many items can be purchased online which is great. The owners are creative people who are kind and very customer oriented. Give them a try - you will be delighted!

Absolutely stellar store. High quality jewelry making supplies, friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. When I need something, I head straight here. Andrew & William know beads! They post tutorials and have live sales on their YouTube channel. I highly recommend this store.

I ordered the wooden dolphins that are no longer available. They arrived while I was gone, but waiting for them made it even more exciting to see them as I opened the package. They are so lovely. I enjoy the lives and purchasing from them. Andrew and William are such great guys as is their merchandise.

The two owners of Allergory Gallery, William and Andrew, have one of the best stores to buy everything you need to make your own jewelry. From gemstones, Czech glass beads, kits and more. They have an excellent online store for those who do not live nearby. Great customer service! They also have live sales and tutorials on Facebook and YouTube Monday through Friday at 5pm Eastern time. Check it out, you will not be disappointed!

If you’re looking for unique and special, you’ve found the right place! Personalized service is available from the comfort of your home with private appointments and Lives. Tutorials on Tuesday with designer Andrew Thornton are a not to be missed experience. You’re going to feel like a friend of the family by the time your experience is complete. For me the overall effect of doing business with friends keeps me coming back week after week, day after day. Quality yet affordable with a touch of whimsy is what they deliver!

William and Andrew are so pleasant. It's a pleasure to watch their videos. The bring on talented teachers too.

Though I have never been to Allegory Gallery, the physical store, I have known Andrew and William for many years. I've ordered products from them online, and had an excellent experience. Items arrived beautifully packaged and exceeding my expectations. Small businesses are the heart and soul of this country, and I believe we should support them as much as possible. If you live in the area, visit the gallery, if you are shopping online for jewelry making supplies or beautiful handcrafted treasures, you'll be delighted with Allegory Gallery.

This is one of my favorite stores. There are always interesting treasures awaiting your discovery and beautiful beads for you to create works of your own. The staff is very helpful without being pushy and I always feel at home here. The atmosphere inspires creativity and always refreshes me. Wonderful things from all over the world for your home as well.

What an amazing place to shop. William and Andrew were very knowledgeable about the beautiful products they sale. The store is quaint and has every kind of jewelry making products available. They treated every customer as friends and left a lasting impression on me and I can’t wait to go back again. They have an online store for shopping but I would rather make the trip to the store just for the one-on-one help they give. I hope to make it to one of there make-and-take classes soon.

Ligonier is a lovely town with many great shops, but no trip there is complete without visiting Allegory Gallery. When you walk in the door, you enter a calm oasis. The owners, William Jones and Andrew Thornton, are charming, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the many beautiful beads and jewelry making supplies in their shop, and they're always willing to help you design and complete your own jewelry project. If you're not in the mood to make your own jewelry, you'll find a wonderful variety of handmade pieces to choose from, and lots of other items great for gift giving, or to gift to yourself! Allegory Gallery is a treasure, not to be missed.

This is a wonderful shop to visit if you are a bead artist or looking for ready made jewelry. The shop carries a wide variety of artisan beads ranging from ceramic, polymer, glass, and metal - all very reasonably priced too! No judgment if you’ve never made jewelry but want to learn, it is a very welcoming and inclusive environment. If you can’t make it into town they also have an online shop, you can also message them if you see something you like from their Instagram or Facebook posts.

They also have a YouTube channel which also features other small businesses in town, it’s worth checking out to help plan your next visit to Ligonier.

An amazing creative outlet and a beautiful source of community. The shop owners put such love into this place and bring so much insight into the world of beads from their travels and time as New Yorkers. I would never make a trip to Lingonier without visiting.

This is such a lovely little shop andrew and William and the whole staff r so friendly and helpful. They make you want to have a tea and chat and make something pretty. The talented artists that r showcased here are also so nice and not afraid to lend a hand and teach you how to make something from a dream. Definitely stop in and say hi take a class and browse the lovely pieces of artwork and jewelry.
