I think it’s important to support small business especially in the local area you live in. I also think it’s important to have solid products and customer service, thankfully Andrews meets all of these criteria for me. I’ve gone there many times as I’ve been learning about chainsaw care and maintenance and they have always been very helpful, also the lowest price on chain sharpening I’ve seen anywhere. The other day I brought 10 chains in to have them look at because I couldn’t make heads or tails of. They were all 16” but they varied in mm depth and could not be used interchangeably with two of my saws that have different mm depth. They took the time to go through each chain and sort the ones that went with each saw, free of charge! I thought it only reasonable to purchase something before I left but I don’t see myself going anywhere else for anything they could provide me with.

This is the only place I would ever go for all my small equipment needs. Sam and the team are the absolute best. Couldn't ask for more knowledgeable or nicer group of people.

I have used Sam at Andrews to sharpen my chain saws for me. His prices to sharpen a saw chain are lot cheaper than other places and am very happy with the service and turn around time. I bought my stihl KM130 and attachments from him. He helped me set it up for weed trimming as well as sold me the blower and edger attachment. His mechanics also fixed my mower right in time for a big job I have on the weekend. He is a great person and I probably will be coming back to his place often for sales and service. Very satisfied.

I bought an MS-250 Stihl at Andrew's. They gave me a one year warranty for buying their Stihl chain oil. I buy all my chains and files there too. Good service.
