If you live for memorable experiences, this local option will not disappoint! Rynn and Dave create culinary genius, and their cheese will leave you wanting more. It doesn't hurt that they are super friendly, and their staff is excellent. Book well in advance!

So much fun to taste some new cheeses and learn about the production process. The cheese was delicious and the owners were very welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable & informative. It was a great way to spend a few hours on a Saturday.

Shhhhh - this is a hidden gem! The farm table dinners are the most wonderful experience in authentic Italian cuisine. And the Caputos really know how to make their guests feel welcome. It is an experience you won't forget, and will want to do over and over.

OMG! Bought the virtual cannoli class. I’ve never had such amazing cannoli. Just outstanding and the video makes it a fun little weekend night family event. We also bought some smoked mozzarella. That was the perfect amount of smoke and was so smooth and creamy. I will be getting more from Caputo Brothers!

Just had our first Caputo Brothers Creamery first experience this weekend after hearing friends rave about the place.

We were not disappointed!

The Farm-to-Table dinner we attended was truly magnificent. Five delectable courses were served and everything on our plates was just a delight. While the menu changes at each dinner - you can expect amazing food no matter when you dine with them

Learning about the Caputo family and how much local food they source was both educational and entertaining. Speaking of local, the plates we dined on were made by Hanover potters - Tessem Stoneware. The owners stretched mozzarella before our eyes and we got to sample it while still warm.

Save room for dessert (they have to go boxes handy) because their cannoli are wonderful. Book early because these dinner sell out fast!

We came home with frozen mozzarella to stretch when we're ready and fresh ricotta (the best I've ever tasted).

Caputo Brothers Creamery made this Italian girl very happy!

Caputo Brothers Creamery now offers only online orders, but this is not your ordinary local made cheese. This is made just as it would be in Italy. The ricotta has nothing to do with the watery American variety and tastes just like the last time I visited Sicily. These cheese products here can't be found outside of ordering Italian products but are less expensive and easier to get. I'm so glad it's local. I will be ordering often! If it's new to you, try it! Real quality here.

An amazing culinary experience and tremendous flavors! We are so lucky to have this cheese producer in our own back yard. When you attend one of their limited engagement events you are treated to an internationally influenced assortment of dishes and of course some fantastic cheese made right in the same building. There is no other dining experience where the owners feed you, teach you and spend the evening with you and your family and friends. Check out their website for their special lunch hours and to sign up for one of their events. Bring plenty of wine!!

My boyfriend and I got gifted a virtual mozarella making class from Caputo brothers and it was such a fun & yummy quarantine activity. I enjoyed it so much that I actually ended up giving the same one as a gift to a family member!

Also, the customer service at this company is awesome. My shipping to my family member got delayed and they were so apologetic, responsive and helpful.

Love to support small family business like this!

I reached out to Caputo Brothers Creamery to organize a virtual mozzarella making class as a connection activity for my work team. The whole process from start to finish was so easy! Their customer service is outstanding and even when the package to a colleague was delayed, they handled it promptly! (the other 30 made it with no issues) Everyone on the team had a great time and Rynn was a fabulous teacher! Such a great experience and I can't wait to send some classes as gifts to friends and family! Thank you Caputo Brothers Creamery!

I stopped in for lunch and decided to try almost everything. The grilled cheese, risotto cake where phenomenal. The lasagna was good as well. Everything tasted fresh. I'm not a huge fan of tomato soup but I would have no problem ordering theirs again. I would even say this is the best quality of food I have had in spring grove, York and Hanover.

I visited Caputo Brothers for their Made in America tour. A local business supporting local business, they source all their milk from nearby dairy farms and make all their cheese on-site. I had the opportunity to sample a few products and they were all phenomenal! Each cheese has its own merits, I'd be hard-pressed to pick a favorite. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable about their products and process. I'd definitely recommend visiting and picking up some cheeses!

Went to the mozzarella making class and had the time of our lives! The instructor was the owner and she was amazing! So warm, friendly and welcoming - you felt like you were part of the family! The mozzarella she pulled was the best I have ever tasted, and we spent 2 weeks in Italy! So lucky to have stumbled across them on Facebook! We will be back!

Went for lunch and everything was great. I had the house sandwich which was amazing. Wife had cheesy bread which was also really good and the most sophisticated cheesy bread. We split the soup of the day, a mushroom soup which was also very good. We purchased some cheese to take home too and it didn't last long. Would highly recommend if you can make it for lunch.

Our daughter, Lisa, sent a gift kit of Mozzarella Cheese. I watched the instructional video, and when the kit was delivered, I had everything ready. One half hour after delivery there was the cheese all done and cooling. What a joy to create one of my favorite cheeses. As soon as it is cool, I will taste and report. Please stand by. While we are waiting, I'll share with you my little old Italian grandmother's favorite recipe: You take a quarter pound of cheese! Yep, that's it folks!

We just tasted the mozzarella cheese we made earlier, and it was super.
