Amore Cucina & Bar

This was our first time at Amore and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. There was a slight miscommunication and issue in the beginning because we needed separate checks (we were a party or 16), but our server AJ went above and beyond for us. We had multiple people with shellfish/seafood allergies and he made sure things were taken care of for us. He was very attentive and didn’t skip a beat! Super polite and we felt very taken care of and grateful for his hard work.
Thank you AJ for dealing with us and for being so wonderful.

The lasagna balls are amazing, especially the sauce.
We got the Bronx pizza and New York pizza. Both were filling and delicious.

Best pizza in stamford!! Coming up from NY I was surprised that it was hard to find a artisanal pie, until I found Amore! The quality of Ingredients is second to none, the creativity and consistency keep me coming back again and again. Don’t miss the Starry Hope or the Bronx House. My wife adores the chopped salad, the dressing is home made and outstanding! Easy parking, very friendly staff. After a few years of doing take out from here we stopped in for brunch, it was amazing!! The bacon egg and ricotta cheese on a wedge was incredible, paired with shoe string fries and a Bloody Mary, my day was complete! Can’t wait to get some time and go over for happy hour, the deals look too good to pass up!

Great restaurant in a new revamped neighbor in Stamford. Creative twist on some classic Italian dishes. Brunch is a must over here.

1st time here. Food was good and great portion sizing

This is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Stamford. And honestly this is one of the best tasting restaurants in Stamford in general. I had a margarita pizza tonight and it was so good!! The pizza is amazing and Caesar knows what he is doing and the temp of the pizza is always perfect. I come here every once in awhile and the food is always good. The bartender tonight is also very nice and you could tell she is a very hard worker and knows what she is doing. I guess she is the manager too.

Great pizza, awesome burger, good pasta and salad. Friendly service. DJ during brunch. Love having this restaurant in our neighborhood!

The atmosphere is in a new style. The service was wonderful, the calamari what a bargain. You get a lot. Dinner perfect. The bread they give you was like a focaccia bread. It was Amazing.

Amore makes terrific food. Staff is always friendly and prompt. The whole ambiance and environment is very nice, whether you are with a group or a party of two. The bartenders know their mixed drinks and make them well. I've tried many offerings from apps, dinners, pizza, all have been excellent tasting and consistent. Since my first visit Amore left me with a great experience with every aspect, and each continuing visit it has met those same expectations it left me with.

We were there today ...I have lived close by for over a year but never got the chance to try their pizzas. I was born and grew up in Italy and I know a good pizza. I had a San Daniele and it was out of this world . In my experience anyone can make a pie but not everyone can make a real pizza. Great job I will be back !

What a great meal! I came in 30 mins to close and the bartender Kelly greeted me pleasantly. Usually I don’t come into an establishment before close but I got out of work late, and I was starving. Kelly recommended the salmon and proceeded to be attentive and keep my beer full. What a great meal but even better company... the staff always has the ability to make or break a good experience.

Amore is a block away from my apartment so my roommate and I always here. Awesome food and great environment. Everyone is super friendly. Highly recommend the happy hour (great drinks)! The service is definitely slow but they get away with it because the food is so good. Overall great little spot

Had my Wedding Rehearsal dinner here in January and had a great time. The food and drinks were both amazing and the staff was very helpful. We had a party of about 30 and the restaurant was able to accommodate us without any issues. I couldn't have expected anything better.

Returned to Amore after more than one year and had a pre-anniversary dinner. Our bartender Sandara was great. She made a special "mocktail" for my wife that she loved. Chicken Scarp and Ravioli with sausage were both excellent. Can't wait to return!

Let me start by saying this is the first time I’ve been to this restaurant and it will not be my last! The food is absolutely delicious! From the garlic bread in the beginning to the main entree I was impressed! Excellent food! Great ambiance!
