Can’t say enough good things about Arhaus. The quality and design are top notch. What’s better than the furniture is the exceptional customer service. Working with MarLinda and Sofie has been the best experience. They helped us choose the furniture that was perfect for our space, from design to fabric selection.
There were many times we went back and forth between pieces and they were efficient and professional through the entire process. If something didn’t work out they got it changed as per our liking and we’re always available to answer any questions we had. If you end up in this store, ask for them, they are a dream team!

I had the best experience with Arhaus at the SoNo Collection! It started with the customer service given by MarLinda, she was extremely helpful and very communicative!! I purchased a sectional sofa and was unsure about the size and she sent photos via text when I got home and everything!! She told me the delivery would be within two weeks after purchase which shocked me and it came even sooner. Delivery was flawless and stress-free and I couldn’t be happier!! I had a great experience with Arhaus. I worked with Hash, a salesman who really helped us decide what was right for us. He also stayed in touch with us until everything was delivered and helped us along the ways. Hash was awesome!

I highly recommend Marlinda and Sofie at Sono Arhaus. Marlinda goes out of her way to help you find the perfect piece for your home!! She takes the time to get to know you and your family and recommends pieces that will best suit your needs! Her follow-up is incredible. We needed to exchange a piece because of my back issue, and Marlinda went above and beyond to ensure that we would have a seamless experience! We have an Arhaus close to our home, but I prefer to travel to SONO to see Marlinda!!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping for bedroom furniture at the beautiful Norwalk store. I was promptly and kindly greeted by Hash. He politely gave me enough time to browse and when I had questions, he was available to assist me and show me all the available options in the showroom that were appropriate for my project. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After leaving the store, Hash was readily available via both phone and email to answer all my additional questions and then very efficiently assisted me with my order. He is an exceptional sales associate and I highly recommend working with him. Thank you Hash!

I have had an extremely positive experience working with Jackie (designer) and Austin (store manager) on transforming my house into a beautiful yet comfortable space that I cannot wait to share with family and friends. From answering questions to coming to my home during the design phase; something that I was intimidated to do alone, became a pleasure with their help. Arhaus has such an eclectic mix of furniture there is something for everyone. I’m still working on finishing touches but it’s been a great experience.

I had the pleasure of meeting Hash who helped me pick out the perfect dining chairs that matched my existing table and decor. He was very personable and easy to work with.

I’ve bought a few pieces from here over the years. I love that their furniture is made in America and high quality. You certainly get what you pay for at Arhaus.

Excellent experience working with the Arhaus staff. Hash in the Norwalk store was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help us find details and measurements on an item they did not have on the showroom floor. His attentiveness and follow up was superb. Loved working with Anna at Arhaus in Norwalk. She is responsible, knowledgeable, professional and simply a pleasure! We drove up to the Norwalk store more than once from Westchester County just because she was so terrific. And we bought a number of furniture items from her.
