Musa and Abe were super friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to make sure I had high quality beautiful pieces, helped me design my space, and were accommodating when I needed to change/refund items. 10/10 would recommend!

Highly recommend the store! Their service and their prices are the best compare to Ashley and Raymour (and I am saying that regarding the same products those stores have).
Mousa is very very nice, professional and willing to help. He never pushes or tries to trick you to buy something, like they do on the other stores.
I don’t know the name of the girl that works there too, but she is also very polite and willing to help if any issue.
I would go purchase for sure again in the future with them!

From the moment you walk through the door you feel welcomed. The staff is very courteous, and engaging. I give Danielle an A+ as I'm not the easiest person to please, but she was so patient with me while I repeatedly chose and refused couches. She made suggestions, without been pushy, until I finally chose my items. I was especially impressed when the carpet I ordered, was unavailable, and while some stores would replace it with another one without informing you, Danielle sent me a picture of the replacement and followed up with a call making sure I liked it. I LOVED it! It was even more beautiful than the one I chose. In a few weeks I'm going back there to get some lamps, and later on bedroom furniture.
I didn't mentioned that she also worked with me to get financing. Delivery was a little later than expected, but the courtesy and efficiency of the guys made up for it.
Overall my experience with City Furniture was GREAT!

Most amazing experience with Mousa! He is so sweet and definitely knew what me and my partner were looking for! Nothing but great things to say about this store! The service was great I had no delivery issues and we were able to also finance with no extras to pay! He even called me to ensure that nothing went wrong with the delivery! If I could give this place a 10 stars I would not I’ll give it 11!!!

I honestly wish I could give City Furniture located in Stamford, CT 10 STARS!!! From the moment you walk in the door the salesmen give you undivided attention but are not pushy. I only went to look around but ended up meeting Danielle. Danielle is simply AH-MAZING!! She provided us options and was able to find us a sofa chaise combo in our budget. She is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE (you can tell she's been a salesman for a very long time), engaging, diligent, a great listener and just an absolute sweetheart. Before pricing out an official invoice she was able to tell me exactly how much my payments would be, the delivery fee including tax, and the exact total amount of my purchase. And yes! There are financial options avail here, you can either choose to pay upfront, or pay monthly or bi-weekly through a Financial program they have (no credit check!). They even validate your parking (park at Target) for up to 2 hours. I recently moved to Stamford so I will definitely be coming back for my Bedroom Set, mattress and Dining Room Set. I'm so glad I was referred to City Furniture and I really really hope Danielle will continue to be there when I purchase the rest of my furniture. All the salesmen are great here, even their boss! Very welcoming!

Abe really hooked it up big time for both my wife and I. Our entire house is in the process of being furnished by city furniture thanks to the amazing discounts we received including fast delivery. They also had everything we were looking for and more. Way better than Ashley’s and Would 100% recommend to anyone.

They told me most of my items will take time and was given an estimated time wait, but instead I received it way before the time frame. Osman best person ever, even better as a salesman. Very polite, courteous and professional. The pieces I ordered were delivered sooner than the 6 weeks and the team he has for putting furniture together were perfect gentlemen and knew exactly what to do. In ten minutes they were finished. They left with a smile. I was very pleased with my experience.

Every thing was coordinated thru communication. I was called by the delivery 🚚 team and they worked around my schedule the day my furniture was delivered. They were prompt and very professional too.

I bought couch A from them back in October, and they were quite honest that it could take eight to 12 weeks given the well-known supply-chain issues. At eight weeks I went in to discuss, and the couch was still not available, with no visibility as to when it would be, but they worked hard to try to find another one somewhere, and communicated well about that. In the end, they suggested an alternative, couch B, that was only a week or two away; it was slightly cheaper, and they gave me a partial refund. Couch B turned up inside the two weeks, and I've been enjoying it ever since! I found Ayb and his father very pleasant, honest, and easy to deal with.

My experience with city furniture Stamford has been exceptional. The service received from the moment I stepped into the store to the day of delivery has been awesome. The salesman Aib was lovely and very patient in helping me identify the right furniture that's matches my style. And the updates on my furniture's delivery process from the office was great. I highly recommend them.

Tom was amazing as a salesperson! My delivery came in about 5 days. The guys were extremely quick, clean and extremely polite. Our purchase was priced amazingly. The quality of the furniture great!

Tom was wonderful to work with! He was very attentive and patient while working with my family and I. He helped me pick out the perfect bedroom set and I love it to this day! They have very accommodating payment options and great deals on specific pieces. The delivery was a little delayed but overall worked out with my schedule. Overall I was delighted with my experience shopping with them and will be returning as a happy customer!

I purchased a bedroom set from City Furniture back in 2017. I found it at a good price and they delivered it in 2 days which was much quicker then anyone else was willing to do since I was located in Manhatten,

Fast forward over 2 years later. I moved from NYC to LA. During the move, my bedroom furniture was significantly damaged. I called City Furniture and worked with Sunny. Even though he had no obligation too, he sent me brand new pieces to replace those that were damaged. I didn't even ask, he just offered.

An absolutely fantastic customer service experience. Make no mistake, go buy your next furniture purchase from here.

Great experience sales people are very polite they work with your budget and find you furniture that's good quality. They beat the prices of things we saw in ashleys!!!Ashley's!!!.
