Cove Beach Grill

My husband took me to this gem when we were in the area for an appointment. The food was excellent and the service was great. We will definitely be back if we head that way again!!

Excellent food. Don't need to drive to Frankie's in Waterbury. Try the chili on everything.

Delicious food provided by a hard-working man. If a history book was written about Stamford, Cove Beach Grill would go down as a nostalgic, quiet place that serves delicious food.

We sat and thought very hard about somewhere you can find food, hospitality, and customer service this good at a late hour. Truly unmatched! Keyan does an amazing job getting you exactly what you want how you want it with quality ingredients and products! 10/10 recommend.

Very cool place has a retro 50's decor the owners are cool and the chili burgers, fries, and hotdogs remind me of NY.

I have gone here two days in a row! If I lived near I would be here VERY often. I’m not big on fried food and have been looking for some good fries.

LITERALLY THE BEST FRIES IVE EVER HAD. the only thing I would change is add skins (I love skins on my fries).

The fries are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They aren’t salty. They’re piping hot. They’re just Perfect!

The fish sandwich is good. The fish is fresh and flakey. The breading is flavorful and crisp.

The burger is a good standard burger. It’s nice to get a burger that’s just a good old cheese burger. It’s served on a Kaiser roll (which I love). The bread holds its own and has good flavor but doesn’t over power the rest of the ingredients. Not gourmet but really good as a standard burger. The only thing I would change is maaaybe make it with grass fed beef, but then the price point would change. And here, THE PRICE IS RIGHT.

Oh! And the onion rings are battered (not breaded), delicious and not too oily!!!

I love that everything is not over salted. Too often, American food is too salty.

Oh, and the mix for the fountain coke is PERFECT! better than most McDonald’s. Nice and bubbly… not too much syrup in the mix. Just really good. (I love coke and am often disappointed, but this coke was perfect!).

On too of that the staff is super nice!

Fast, friendly, and tasty. Picked up a bacon cheeseburger with fries. The burger was a bit smaller than I expected, but sure was tasty. Fair amount of fries, not greasy. If the weather is nice you can sit outside, cozy seating in side. All in all not bad.

The owner is the nicest guy ever and very understanding. Its always refreshing to see the staff care about your experience and well-being. The atmosphere is good vibes! Anyways, the food is decently priced, it tastes great, and it's open late!

The best Angus cheeseburger specials, curly fries, tater tots, jalapeno poppers and tastiest milkshakes. The best lunch food and best late night grub. Only great joint in town. Nothing but awesome!! Classic burger joint at it's finest

The food was great. I ordered the Cheeseburger with fries. I loved them. Still one of the best burgers I have eaten.

Awesome food. I can't say enough good thing about the chili. Anyone looking for a certain Portchester chili substitute should look no further. They may have a small staff but with the impact Covid has had on small restaurant's, I cannot complain. My one request would be to add hotdog wedges to the menu.

Great place for late night food run. Especially if you are craving a hot dog and cheese fires or a burger. All the greaser food you want after a few drinks. And again it is open late night, which is a big deal in Stamford.

This is the place to go for a 5 star skinless hot dog...and Chile hot enough to melt a block of ice !!! I once praised this place for having great skinless hotdogs...they have since changed over to a cheaper brand...and they evidently don't care about the customer ..even though many have complained !!!.....I'm finished with this place...what stupidity !!

I have to give them credit. When it gets busy they try to everything out as quick as they can. Sometimes stuff gets messed up but people can be really mean when they are hungry. I can definately give some suggestions on how to make those busy times easier.

Great neighborhood spot for lunch. Everyone was pleasant and food was just what we were looking to find! We shall keep them in mind next time we have been to HSS.

Such a nice place to go, the dood is delicious, the environment friendly and the waiters are nice and cute. The staff will politely serve you and make you have a good time.

Lester and the staff at Cove Beach Grill went above and beyond today! Today is my fiancé’s birthday! I’m in Arizona and she is in CT currently. I found out my fiancé was going to Cove Beach Grill for dinner and that she’s be there in a matter of minutes. I called the restaurant, spoke to Lester and asked him if him or the team could wish her a happy birthday from Nate. Lester gathered four team members, played a happy birthday song on the radio, and they sang happy birthday to her. This has been my fiancé’s favorite place to eat for years and this truly made her day, and mine. Thank you! Also, I’ve eaten there, and the food is delicious!

Great food at good prices. Fast service. When busy it can be a bit crowded but it has a nice atmosphere
