We tried this place for the first time on Morher’s Day and the service was great. The outdoor seating was perfect for us as we had our baby in her stroller. Oysters were fresh tasting and the lobster Mac and cheese was great as an appetizer. The short rib dish was delicious and I would get it again. Overall I appreciated the variety in the menu.

I was there for a small private event today and I was very impressed with the service, as well as the quality of food. The fried calamari was light, not oily at all, like it happens in some places. The short ribs were a must-have. I can see myself returning for that pampering of the taste buds, for sure. The silverware and dishes were clean and that can kill or increase your appetite (sorry, I work in the Food and Beverage industry, so I pay attention to details)

This is our favorite place! New redecorating is cozy and gorgeous, with best oysters. Specials on weekends are always delicious & fabulous. 1/2 price wine on Sundays. Service spectacular with great team.

The atmosphere was super cute 😍

- had the aero sprite , delicious ( great refreshing er drink )
- the truffle fries are delicious ( ask for the side of aoli sauce )
-had the rigatoni bolenease ( the pasta was good just right/ the sauce couldn't had more flavor )

Ordered food to-go, the salmon BLT on pumpernickel is excellent. Perfectly cooked and fresh salmon. My only feedback would be to please include a wedge of fresh lemon as with any seafood.
The house burger was decent for the price. Would have loved options of other toppings etc, it’s just an average quality pub burger.

Hands down for this beautiful place, the food is amazing good and well prepare definitely highly recommend

A restaurant with old traditions good food and great staff to make you feel like a king,make sure to make reservations.

My favorite brunch and lunch spot in the area. Excellent service and great food—lobster rolls are wonderful. Courteous and attentive service. Generally space to sit down on weekends with a nice outdoor area in good weather. Highly recommend!

This is a good place to eat. My wife loves it.

I would say this place checks all boxes. Our waiter Lenny was excellent and very charming.

Excellent scallops, so very well cooked and paired perfectly with quinoa and beurre blanc. Did not wait long for food either!

On a Saturday night this place is noisy, at least in the bar and the dining area around the bar but that's why I chose to go their for a birthday dinner. People always seem to be having a great time. Drinks at the bar were great. Dinner was delicious. The mussels are a bargain. They completely fill the bucket you get for the shells. Sundays are half price on bottles of wine. A great deal.

Usually we get good service here. But this day we showed up with an extra person and had to change tables. Which have the waitress an attitude. She had us carry our water glasses and the like to our new table. Food has always been good wide choice on the menuse. A good place to talk.

Good spot, I am partial to the bar. Both the food and the drinks are great. There is a good variety of fresh seafood and classic pub-fare. It’s not stuffy or over the top. The vibe is upscale-comfortable.

We had a wonderful meal & great svc!! see started w/ superb fresh oysters. I had an A+crab cocktail clams-& then steamed clams- delish! Whole table loved their meals! If you are looking for fresh seafood, clean, top notch staff- look no further.

Wonderful dinner! Staff very friendly and attentive. Onion soup was so flavorful. Filet mignon cooked exactly how I like it. Buttery mashed potatoes to accompany. And a delicious apple crisp with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Outstanding meal!!! I WILL be back!

An excellent restaurant, visited mostly by locals. A really fast and professional team serves fresh and very tasty fish. I can only recommend it!

Some of the best fried oysters I have ever had. Staff was attentive. Oysters are freshly shucked and fried. Omg

Everything we have is top quality, service is great and the atmosphere is lively. It's a great place where you can feel positive energy. Wine selection is super and it's not just a fun place to frequent but the meals have always been wonderful.

SUNDAY :: HALF PRICE WINE. This is one of our favorite places to eat in Darien. Great place for a glass of wine and their caramelized onion flat bread if you are having a quick bite with friends. Their salmon BLT is a favorite of my daughter. The steak frites is the perfect size and their bernaise is my guilty pleasure. Last, their Chocolate mud cake is the best desert in Darien! Don't miss this spot if you are visiting the area.
