Elliptical provides a tremendous workout. I regularly use an Elliptical Machine to workout, but i never had a group class, which demonstrated interval training with a variety of movements. I know I burn a ton of calories and it felt great! Plus you can track your results on the big screen. You gotta try it.

Elliptica is a great place for a fun yet challenging workout! The instructors are engaging, the music is upbeat, and the staff at the front desk are friendly and check in with you at the end of each class. I have been to Elliptica several times and each workout has been unique. All in all, Elliptica provides a great alternative workout experience.

Elliptica is unlike any other fitness class I've taken before!! It's motivating and FUN, driven by both the music and the amazing instructors. The challenge is up to the individual.. one of the many things I love about it. I would highly recommend Elliptica to anyone who is looking to try something new and different, and burn LOTS of calories. They certainly live up to their "Live the Sweat Life" motto! :)

Elliptica might be one of my favorite workouts ever!! Someone with a hip injury I am limited when it comes to cardio options and then I found this studio!! It is a full body workout that not only gives you a great sweat, but the teachers are motivating and encouraging! Within 45 minutes I felt rejuvenated and ready to conquer the rest of my day. I could not recommend checking out Elliptica Studios anymore!

Had the best experience at Elliptica earlier today! The instructor had great energy and made me feel warm and welcome, she even checked in on me after class. The workout itself was awesome, challenging, and fun!

Elliptica is one of the best group training classes i’ve ever been to. Great vibes, good music, amazing instructors and you leave there dripping sweat, feeling amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

My first time at Elliptica was so welcoming! Clair set me up and showed me everything l needed to know and introduced me to the instructor. I’ve been a fitness instructor for 9 years and it was unlike anything l have ever done before! I was instantly hooked and you will be too!

Love this work out! I feel so energetic afterward! Great teachers fun music! 45 minutes fly by! This class is great for anyone trying to lose weight, because it’s such a good cardio workout and they also incorporate strength training too! I’m obcessed!!!

Such a great innovative low-impact cardio workout! I've always loved running and supplementing that with the elliptical (especially in the winter when I avoid running outside). This studio makes cardio fun and it gives you a challenging yet full body workout on one of my favorite machines that I never knew I could do so much on! Highly recommended for everyone!

I am a huge fan. Never of working out, but this place has changed that. The community keeps me going and the feeling after completing the work out, keeps me returning. Definitely suggest trying it.
