Tequila Escape - Ridgefield

What a great atmosphere, still had some new years decorations up and the place looked awesome! This place was pretty busy on a Saturday night in January, my wife and I were lucky to snag a seat at their awesome lit-up bar! The drinks are phenomenal and the food was delicious. Service was great for how busy they were. I've never had an old fashion made with tequila, i can say i was quite impressed with how it came out.
P.S. Get the burger, you won't regret it!

I am coming here again and again and again. And delighted to hear Trey are opening in Stamford too. Their cocktail are amazing, and the food is outstanding. The maitre D, Jake (I think) was super attentive and the wait staff really pleasant. Great spot, great vibe…I’ll be back.

Love coming here. Servers are so friendly as well as the manager. Drinks and food are always delicious. Love a classic margarita. Great place for hosting a party or just grabbing drinks with friends!

My husband and I had such a good time at Tequila Escape that we've since then brought friends. The service was immediate and the food was great, but we especially appreciated the vibrant atmosphere. The place was packed with varying age groups -- couples, singles, families. It was fun. And good music, too.

This place is just magical. The ambiance, food, and drinks were all amazing and our server was attentive and friendly the entire 3 hours the three of us were there. The host was super friendly as well. The entire place was glowing with gorgeous themed lighting, I wish I lived closer to visit more often but will definitely make the trip to eat here again. We sat by the fire in the winter wonderland section and the cozy nook was aptly named.

Good spot with quality food and service. Expansive Tequila menu, great appetizers and outdoor seating area. Central to Main St Ridgefield with walkability after or before dining. Parking can be a pain but that's the only downfall.

One of the best places to spend time alone or with family. The place is very nice and the food is wonderful. A place to go every day if possible. Their drinks are one of the best

Excellent flavors in these dishes. We had the steak skewers and jumbo shrimp appetizers—both delicious. The shrimp sits on top of plantains. The sweet & savory flavors are wonderful paired together. For our entree, I went with the Shrimp al Mojo de Ajo. Unreal! A risotto with zucchini & chorizo. A must. Didn’t get a photo of the churros that we had for dessert. They were good, but ask for the chocolate and caramel drizzle on the side!

Had a great time celebrating our friends Engagement. The food was amazing and the space was suitable for our party of 40 or so. Of all the great dishes, I think the best was the floutas or steak over frenchfries with gravy. Really tasty. Friendly staff. I would come here again.

Alternate reality night? Normally amazing food, great drinks & service. Not this past Saturday. It was NOT packed at all. 30 minutes for the first drink which came AFTER the apps... 2nd drink didn't come until we boxed out food to go at the hour mark. The service is better when they are slammed. Weird. We weren't the only table with food issues. Bummed.

Love love love! Amazing menu, typically order several small plates and share! Always have a great time and love going during the holidays. Have to stop in and check out the decorations!!! Friendly staff. Fan favorites steak empanadas and tacos with a margarita!!!

I had my birthday dinner here this week and we had lots of fun. The service was great, even on a Friday night! We had crispy chicken tacos, which were awesome! I had a gin drink special, which I really enjoyed. After dinner, the waiter brought out a sparkling drink tower with shots of strawberry margaritas for the three of us! 😁😍

Today we had our daughters, social distant 11th Birthday at Tequila Escape. The staff was accommodating, kind and made her day the BEST! We had our very own section, outside, long table where everyone sat at a nice distance. The staff Danielle and Angel were so nice to the kids and went above and beyond to make it GREAT. We had virgin daiquiri's, individual chip bows and awesome food! They let us set up our decorations and all was perfect. We can't wait to go back! If you are looking for a fun tween/ teen celebration, we highly recommend.

The almost secret garden atmosphere was so cool, this restaurant was decorated so beautifully. Additionally the service was scary good at hearing all of our requests and answering them. Lastly the food! We absolutely loved it! I also appreciate that they had a lot of food options in smaller portions since I unfortunately wasn't that hungry when I came.

We had the Brussels sprouts, chicken burrito (pictured), and ahi tuna tacos. Got our little one the chicken quesadilla. Everything was so good. The staff is great. Will definitely return!

Such a warm and welcoming space! Staff is professional and friendly and the food is always delicious! A definite favorite place for my family.

They manage to create an exciting, clean atmosphere where you can enjoy delicious food / drinks with friends. The steak frites I had came perfectly rare and melted in my mouth- great flavor throughout all the dishes I've tried. The staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled. While I initially felt the prices were a bit bright, I've since decided it's well worth the quality and treatment I've received. It's also a rare opportunity to eat or purchase literally anything after about 9:30 pm in Ridgefield, which (coming from a lifelong resident) cannot be discounted. Find your new favorite drink and enjoy!
