They cared to listen, to understand, to help and to get me what I wanted !! 2 years later, I am a repeated client already and when I get to the store they make me feel home! I am so grateful for Christina and Jason, and John and everyone else at the store !! Smiles, curtesy, appreciation, respect and joy !! And did I mention the amazing double espresso ☕!! Last night my husband and I traveled an hour to Stamford to check out a couple of cars we seen on the website. We were greeted by Mason with a huge smile who sat down with us to see what I was interested in. What an amazing experience! with Honda of Stamford!! 2 times! I had my 22 CRV totaled that I bought back in April from John and Andrew of Stamford, I spoke to John the GM, first thing he asked if I was ok from the accident. very caring there at Stamford. John was able to help me get the right paper work for the ins company, making the whole experience go smoothly. I went to Stamford and Andrew the sale rep and John we’re able to help me get into the right Truck I wanted, a 2023 Ridgeline RTL-E sonic gray.The both of them went above and beyond more even I could ever ask for! And they treat you like family, very welcoming. Explaining everything that you want to know from the lease to the Truck itself. And Jason the finance guy was great as well, very knowledgeable guy. Thank all of you guys for an amazing experience I had! I give them 10 stars!

This is the best dealership in CT. I worked with Tatiana from Sales (speaks spanish and Portuguese which helps!) & Kurt from Finance to secure my first lease. At the end of the day it came down to the numbers, and these guys did everything to get me a deal that simply couldn’t be beat. They were fast too! I’m Very happy! A true lifetime dealer ! Don Hinjosa of Stamford Honda is truly a gem. He makes the process of leasing a car super smooth and easy. The whole process from start to finish was seamless. This is my third or fourth time working with him. I can’t recommend him enough! He is the best of the best. I love my new vehicle.

Did not have to wait for a sales agent, was met with Zulay right away. She took me to see the vehicles I was interested in and gave me pricing in just a few minutes. Financing department was quick and transparent. Was able to meet the GM Lou, who was very honest and made the deal happen so I could drive off in a new lease that same day. All the employees seemed happy to work there.

Great experience at Honda of Stamford. Definitely an asset to have this dealership in the heart of the city. Impressed by the knowledge and speed of all employees. I bought a car there yesterday and I can honestly say that it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was politely greeted by a smiling Chris Lopez. I knew which used car I was there to see. Chris brought it up so that I could test drive it. He was funny and personable during my test drive and very solicitous of my mobility issues.

I had been looking for a Toyota Matrix to replace my aging one and this 2009 model was in great shape and a price I could afford to pay cash for. He got $250 off the price for me and then we waited. And waited... My insurance company took over an hour to confirm my insurance. Apparently they were very busy at State Farm. Chris brought me water, repeatedly offered snacks and asked if there was anything he could do to make my wait easier. It wasn't busy, so he spent a lot of time just chatting and keeping me company.

When we finally heard back from my agent, the rest of the process went like it was greased. I didn't have enough in my checking account to cover the cost as my transfer from savings hadn't gone through yet. So, I wrote a check and told them I would pick it up next week after the check cleared if that was okay with them. It was not a problem. When I mentioned that I needed a day when my sister felt good enough to drive down with me to pick it up (I'm giving her my old Matrix) the Manager volunteered to deliver it to me in New Haven. That's a 1+ hour drive both ways!

So I will see Chris again next week, which will be a delight. I've bought many cars but never had service like this. 10/10!!!!!

Anna met me at the door and greeted me with a smile when I came in. We discussed what I was looking for and quickly brought me a car to test drive. She is amazingly helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the Honda cars she sells. Anna went above and beyond her responsibilities to assist with the sale of my car. Came back the next day for plates and registration and the entire staff at Stamford were so very helpful and SO FRIENDLY. Truly an amazing dealership that I highly recommend.

We did not plan on buying a car when we walked into this dealership but we were so blown away by the friendliness, patience, and helpfulness of this team that we actually left with a car on our first day of looking!

First of all Anna our assigned salesperson was wonderful! She was great to interact with, is a great listener, and I was put at ease because I could tell she wanted what was best for us rather than trying to sell us something that would be good for her and her numbers.

The rest of the team was amazing as well. They kept us informed on what was happening next and what we could expect.

Speaking of what to expect...if you show up to this dealership with anything close to the intention of buying a car you should EXPECT to buy. They're just so good!

I came In with no intention on making a same day purchase . I was greeted with nothing but smiles even though it was super late at night . I was able to leave with a brand new car , a great price , the staff even stayed until 10pm assisting me and my family , offering food , snacks and drinks and even treats for our dog .
