They resized and altered a family engagement ring perfectly for a fair price and in a very timely fashion. My fiancé was blown away by the finished product, and she said yes! My husband and I absolutely love this store. The Addessi family and team welcome you in like one of their own, every time you walk in off the street. Their old school values and customer service cannot be matched, which is what we love to still experience in these times. I shopped Addessi initially in November of 2022 for a unique piece of jewelry for my girlfriends Xmas present. They worked with me and created a gorgeous custom piece.

From that experience I decided to work with them on a custom engagement ring. From the very beginning to the end of the process it was a dream. Tom, Wayne and the team presented me with many options and worked with me on the best stones within my budget. Then they worked with me on the design. Once we had agreed upon a design the process was turned over to Fred “the magician” who crafted an absolutely amazing piece. Not only that, but they also created a custom video of the ring being built.

Cannot say enough great things about the whole Addessi team. Will be my jeweler for life.

With the Holidays approaching this is the place for a quality product at a great price. I've bought items here for my wife and daughters over the years and I can't say enough how much Wayne, his son and the staff are all excellent. HIGHLY recommend!!

With a variety of fashionably tasteful, fair-priced contemporary and estate jewelry, Addessi Jewelers maintains an elegant presence on Main Street in Ridgefield. They are also experts at fine-crafted custom jewelry pieces as well. Kate, Wayne and I worked together to create a beautiful necklace along with wedding bands for my husband and I using stones from my mother's wedding/engagement rings and we love the results! They are totally professional, knowledgeable and kind -- they even welcome my dog --who knows where the treats are kept!
