I absolutely love this gym. The coaches are knowledgeable, and they don't mind answering questions about small stuff if I don't have an appointment set up. I get to see them training people, and I learn a lot from them. The gym itself is a good environment as well.

Definitely different. I recently joined this gym and It has its pros and cons. Pros are that signing up was super fast and efficient, it’s a 24 hours gym, the equipment is okay, they let you workout however you like with chalk, without a shirt, etc. Cons are that it’s a mixed use facility with limited space. They have a small turf area for CrossFit type of exercises together with the leg machines. Then they have a wrestling/kickboxing/jujitsu/combat sport area next to the upper body machines. Then tucked away in a corner they have squat racks with flat benches but no incline benches. In other words this gym has no real identity but in the process it is a very cramped gym with too many members and too little space. You have to be cautious when working out since there are so many people each doing something completely different. It is also a bit of a social place with groups of 3 or 4 individuals at each machine. It is like a maze. I give it 5 stars mostly because it’s a local place without the commercial gym vibes but it may need to be better organized or be moved to a bigger location. You also park on the street which can be a challenge since it’s often full.

Very reasonably priced and welcoming. Friendly staff and clients. One stop shop if you do any combat sports. 24-hours makes it extremely convenient, too. Go sign up!

Best gym in Albuquerque by far! It is amazing what the owner Carlos has built. From the amazing posing room, to the unique equipment, and the heaviest dumbbells the ABQ area has to offer! By far my favorite place to workout at. It being 24 hours is huge because I work graveyards! All of the members are so nice and very welcoming and will always help for a spot, or advice. Can’t wait to see what else Carlos will put in 2024 he is always expanding and improving!!!

Good place for MMA and exponentially more affordable than some of the other places in town. The fact that it's 24-hours also works around even the most unusual work schedules. The outdoor part of the gym has a nice muscle park vibe too!

United Fit has lots of options for weight lifting and cardio. It also has several options for training in combat sports. It has other health options as well.

Best gym I have been to in a long time! Lots of everything! Different machines you won't see anywhere else because they care about your health and fitness!

I am excited to have found this gym. It has heavy duty weight training equipment and it's a clean and safe environment to train in. Most importantly it's open 24/7 which is a blessing for people with busy schedules.

I love this place due to the fact that it’s a 24 hour gym, and has a decent sized area for boxing and bag work. The thing I love the MOST is the fact that you can hook your phone up to the gyms audio system via Bluetooth!!!!! This allows for a very good gym session. Highly recommend you grab a membership here - only $30 a month!!

Plenty of equipment and personally love the atmosphere. In the morning at least, there is a good balance of different body types and personalities. Everyone is very friendly, willing to help if needed, or will leave you alone to let you do your thing.

Love this gym! Good music, knowledgeable staff, and friendly gym-goers.

I liken this gym to a small classroom, as opposed to a Gold's Gym or Planet Fitness. Here, you can do the workout of the day and get individual attention from the personal trainers there to help you get stronger or fix a minor injury.

I was in town for a little over a week for work and United was extremely accommodating in getting me in to work out when I needed. As a power lifter training on the road, finding a facility that has all of the equipment I need is sometimes difficult. But they had everything I needed and then some. Great facility, great staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to train.

Getting that good work in. What's even better is that the frequent lifters can be helpful if you ask the. Kind beasts workout here. Aside from that it is a contract less gym which range from $35 to $65 if you want to be trained.

This gym has everything a serious lifter needs and more. 5 stars is because they will go the extra mile for your business and are happy to do it. Wish I lived close to this gym.

My son does football training with Tony here and it's a great gym makes me jealous because my gym isn't this stacked with equipment! Great gym Tony is doing good work here with my son he loves it and I think it's doing good for him.

Carlos at United FIT brings a fresh approach to fitness. Hes very knowledge when it comes to working the various muscle groups and which ones to work in tandem which gives you max gains. Coach Nick is a UFC warrior that trains people in the ring and in various classes. For example, hi cardio kickboxing class mixes in H.I.T (high intensity training) in with his kickboxing class and gets great results. No matter if you want to dead lift or shed them LBs, this is the spot for you.

Great place, lots of classes, variety of equipment and classes for martial arts. Its a very good price for what your paying for and you can come in at any time!
