Quale's for help and Bruce called my husband and walked him through the steps to get dish started up. Quale's provide excellent customer service. We had not had Quale's install our dish and TV, yet Bruce did not hesitate to help us! We are so grateful

They really have great customer service and support. I’m not real techie they’ll walk you through everything and explain things so you understand. I always appreciate and support small home town businesses in Twin Falls. Thank You Quales!

Best electronics store in Twi Falls. Outstanding staff, very knowledgeable, very competitive with excellent installation and service. You will do WAY better here than a big box store. Family owned and ran. They deserve more stars than five.

While in Twin Falls last Saturday, I was seeking a solution to a video problem in my vehicle. The backup camera cable that came in my kit was 4 feet too short. I spent a few hours going to myriad car stereo and electronics stores in Twin Falls without success. A few didn't even acknowledge I was in their store. Best Buy had a solution but it was a 15' cable (what am I going to do with 11' extra feet? and their solution was $37.00. That was more than my backup camera kit). I stopped at Quale's Electronics. I don't know the gentleman's name that helped me but he worked and worked and worked to find exactly what I needed. 15 minutes and 4 feet of video cable ($4.00 + tax) later, I had the exact what I needed. EUREKA!!! Unbelievably excellent service and dedication to solve a problem for a customer. An absolute great experience at Quale's Electronics.

The staff and owners of Quales are knowledgable and friendly. I appreciated how they took the time to ensure that I was getting the exact TV I wanted. There was no pressure from the salesman to upgrade or to get items I didn't need either. I would shop here again and again just for the excellent treatment from the staff.

I called a few minutes before they were to close. I explained my situation and what we needed. They were happy to stay at the store until I could get there to help me with my purchase. Small town business is great to have around!!!! Thank you so much.

Stopped to have my tailgater checked. They checked it out and as it is kaput assisted with new one. Service was friendly thank you. Would recommend.
