Public Wine Bar SoNo

One of my new favorites on Washington Street! We had a nice date night here and enjoyed the Mediterranean dishes we had. The Brussels sprouts salad is so good, and the meat was cooked perfectly on the parrillada platter for two. I appreciated that the bartender was able to make me a mocktail version of the strawberry palm tree. Looking forward to visiting again!

An absolute gem of a restaurant! I had lunch/brunch here this past Saturday with friends. The food was fabulous, and the service was great - mostly because we were the only ones there! I am sad that this place was so empty considering the quality of the food and the great atmosphere. We had bottomless mimosas and I had the most delicious warm lobster salad with avocado and citrus on a bed of arugula with a shallot dressing. Perfect! You MUST check it out!

Of all the spots on the strip, the Public Wine Bar seemed the most inviting. Branzino dinner tasty and bountiful wine selection. Excellent service, and chill atmosphere

Came here while visiting for dessert one night and came back for their amazing lunch deal. Everything we tried was amazing: shrimp wontons (photo), salmon tartare, lasagna, and more. Delicious wine and service too. Fantastic deals value, highly recommend!

Super old school wine bar with excellent wine selection, delicious food, fabulous French cafe play list and attentive service. Can’t wait to come back!

Incredible New Years Eve menu. New chef has been here 3 months and has big plans for 2022. Great wine selection of course, and fantastic service. When in SoNo, don’t miss Public Wine Bar!

People I am still buzzing off this place. Had uncles party here and we danced the night away. Fun time I am not going to lie. They made us all feel good and like real men and women. The service, the lighting, the music it just all came together last night. Let’s do it again Fred and I will keep dancing rounds with my lady like we are in love. No do over and no regrets keep it real.

This place is a hidden gem in the heart of SoNo, must visit. They have a really good selection of bourbon , and the bartender Andrew makes the best expresso martini in the state of CT. Apart from the remarkable selection of wine they also have great beer variety . Food is amazing over here , wild boar ragu , pork chops, and mussels are a must try

Great staff, even better food. The chef here really is impressive. Highly suggest the spicy salmon tartare and grilled calamari.

Highly recommend this place whether you want to just hang at a bar, casually sit at some high tops or have a romantic dinner! Great happy hour with awesome drinks and food and great prices! The owners are great and Anthony makes you feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back!

Was here the other weekend. Had a fantastic meal. Great wine selection and drinks from the bar! Got the beef short rib and it was the tastiest short rib I’ve had in a long time! My husband got a pasta dish that he really enjoyed, as well. We had a ricotta cheese cake for dessert- yummy! Would not hesitate to recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

The food and wine selection at Public is unbeatable. Let me start by saying we went on a Saturday night and they were able to accommodate a party of 10 with only an hours notice. When we arrived we had TWO waiters serving us which was amazing and made our experience much better. The appetizers were great. We essentially tried them all bus the stand outs were the grilled calamari, the spinach artichoke dip, and the arancini. The pasta dishes are so delicious but I have yet to find another place were you can get a steak meal for under 25 dollars besides here and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Yes, this place is pricey but it is WELL worth it and has a ton of affordable items on the menu as well. Perfect for a date night or for a night out with the girls!

This place nails it on all accounts- food is fantastic, drink options are abundant, and the vibe in the evening is fine dining but relaxed and unpretentious. One of the best spots in SoNo.

Wow, the food is phenomenal here! We were drawn in by the owner greeting us and showing the prix-fixe menu for a 3 course dinner at $29. So glad he came out, because it was beyond worth it. All 3 courses, appetizer, dinner, and dessert were booming with flavor. Looking forward to coming back!

Was walking down the street and noticed this place was open for brunch. Though my friend and I had other plans, this place offered bottomless mimosas as well along with a nice brunch menu, so we stopped by here instead. I had the pleasure of Manny being my server and he made wonder mimosas for my friend and I. I ordered the Lobster Meat Eggs Benedict and my friend ordered the Philly Steak Omelette.
The food and service were spectacular and I do highly recommend stopping by for their brunch and checking this place out for yourself!

Such an awesome place I stumbled on. Omg-sh the risotto there is delicious. The staff is so great and drinks are fantastic. Prices are not bad. Great quick date night. I loved it.

Incredibly wonderful dining experience. Beautiful scenery, great workers, and the food is phenomenal! Highly recommend this location, my family will definitely be returning.
