Best Western War Bonnet Inn

We were motorcycling across Montana and checked in here on our way to White Sulphur Springs, due to so much rain there. We thought the rate was fair. Our room was very nice and very clean, with many amenities. The inn served a full breakfast which really helped us out! Since it was a nice location for doing day rides between rain showers we decided to stay a couple more nights. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. The inn was under newer management. The whole place was run very efficiently with care for the guests. We have no complaints and would definitely stay here again. (June 1, 2, 3)

I think a lot of the real negative reviews on here are probably from people who stayed during peak times of the week and paid $170+ for the room. For that price, yes, I would be disappointed, but that's just the hotel economy here because of the oil workers- I watched the prices fluctuate during my week here from $42/night to somewhere like $260/night. For the $56 I paid, I am very happy with this motel. Room was immaculately clean, the friendly front desk staff had my paperwork and room key prepared when I got there, so check in took literally 20 seconds. Shower had very nice water pressure. The only thing I didn't like was the parking lot sucks and I chose to park on the street instead of trying to find a spot to park my giant truck amongst all the other giant trucks in the lot and praying everyone else drove as carefully as I did.

The room was clean and cozy. Jadee was wonderful at check out! The breakfast was amazing and the biscuits were to die for. Will definitely come back again!

The best service I’ve had all of the way across the United States.

Made a fateful mistake booking a room through a discount hotels site, after midnight. The booking was never sent to the hotel, as their system doesn't update after midnight. The manager was very gracious, and worked with me to get the discount hotel site to reverse the charge. After doing so, he booked me a room, at a reduced rate for veteran and AARP status, and added a late check out note to the room.

Bunny and Ronnie were amazing. We were traveling due to a family death and we got the last room for that night. Great people, nice breakfast and we would certainly stop here again.

Stayed a couple days staff was amazing when we checked in we went to our room.. so very impressed there was a housekeeper Steph was her name who saw me struggle with my bag and she offered to help and carried it and put it on the luggage rack very very nice and she was smiling and never got impatient when we asked questions we asked her if she cleaned the room she replied with a yes and said I’m not the only one who keeps the rooms clean we have other great house keepers we work together so I can’t take all the credit… my heart skipped a beat you can tell that girl is on devoted employee who sees the whole team and proud of everyone she works with!! Breakfast was great and we would stay here again love the positivity

This was easy off and on the freeway. The beds and AC worked great. Little fridge was cool but not cold. Staff were great. Breakfast was decent(not just cold cereal).
We ended up coming back this way again and stayed a second night. This time fridge was COLD. We stayed the second time cause the first time was good.

Friendly staff. Had fresh cookies and soup at checkin. Room clean, beds comfortable. Would stay again.

They said it's continental breakfast but it was waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, bagels, OJ, apples juice, milk, 4 kinds of cereal, apples, oranges, ok coffee (need it strong), oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, muffins, bread to toast, and yogurt is a great day maker. The rooms are as they should be perfect and clean.

The rooms are very nice size. Great variety with amenities with the pool and hot tub. The hot breakfast was great.

This was an excellent value for our family of 5. The suite slept 6 and was very reasonably priced and included a separate bedroom. It was HUGE. The breakfast was wonderful, complete with many good choices and the sitting area was large enough so it wasn't frantic. The hotel even offered cookies and soup at 4pm but we arrived late so missed that bonus. Over all it was an excellent value, clean and comfortable.

Very clean rooms. Great staff who made us very welcome indeed.Well maintained property. I enjoyed the pool. Nice touch to have clean old towel in the room for cleaning bike/car, much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in Miles City.

Great staff, great location, great breakfast, and great prices. Perfect for a few night stay. Motel style so you can easily unload your car.

We had a very enjoyable stay while on a road trip. We had a suite and it was very clean, spacious and well appointed. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and breakfast. It is very convenient to the highway. The only complaint I can think of is the parking lot could be a little bigger, but we would definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean and the corner room with separate tv area was perfect for our family. This was during the pandemic and we felt clean and safe the whole time. Great location right off the freeway, but also I was able to run to a park and down Main Street in the morning. Would recommend.

What a lovely hotel with friendly staff. It is an older Inn however the rooms are immaculate and large. There is coffee 24 hours a day and always fresh. Cookies and soup after 4pm. The soup were hearty, hot and delicious. We had a meat chili and the other offering was a hearty beef and potato.
Breakfast area was super clean and organized with good quality breads and yogurt. Highly recommend this motel and will stay there again.

The office staff were extremely helpful and very "nice." The room, while dated was clean and it had a really great shower head, comparable to our rain showerhead at home. It was quieter than I anticipated so that was a plus. Soup and cookies were available in the evening and the breakfast was good albeit "motel breakfast fare."

Nice enough hotel, don't let the outside deceive you. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub nice and hot. They also have a sauna which was a nice touch. The beds were comfy and room nicely updated. Waffels and biscuits and gravy for breakfast along with the usual cereals and pastries.
