Sleep Inn & Suites

My family and I were traveling over the weekend trying to beat the storm. We sadly were traveling for a funeral and had to miss it due to the storms. We were exhausted and frantically trying to find a place. I called everywhere in Billings and everywhere was booked. My husband felt prompted to have me call Sleep Inn in Miles City and I feel like God knew we needed to connect with Tina at Sleep Inn & Suites. Tina showed us a level of kindness that is hard to find. She truly was the answer to our prayers. Upon arrival, Bobbi went above and beyond to make our stay special. Words will never be enough to express our gratitude towards this special experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through. It was clean, breakfast was delicious, staff was UNBELIEVABLE, beds were comfortable, and we will forever more be staying here when we drive through.

We are small business owners ourselves and believe that the staff of a business is the face of it. Sleep Inn & Suites should be PROUD to have staff like Tina and Bobbi representing the hotel. Even the lady in the kitchen was kind, caring, and wonderful. I have a feeling they go above and beyond, and truly care for those that stay in this hotel. Thank you for loving our family, even though we were complete strangers. We will forever be grateful for the experience we had over the weekend.

Room was nice, staff was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was very good! Pet area was not good though I notified them to deal with it. Supplies were available to take care of dog poop.

The price was pretty steep but it was a good location and lovely clean rooms.

The truly earned their rating. I felt like they really tried to make it the best experience possible and they went above and beyond what was expected. The staff made the difference.

Excellent customer service; housekeeping was on their game everyday and front desk was great! Room was comfortable, everything was clean, breakfast was great, and the rates were incredibly low given the quality. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and comfy. The prices are average. The staff are so helpful and friendly. It was the best of 6 different motels on our vacation. The breakfast was really good too! We'll definitely stay again on our way through.

Great room. Amazing staff. Phenomenal breakfast. Super clean and very cozy. Even helped me check out early so I could get home before a big storm moved in. Thank you for a great stay! When I come back for work I will be staying here!

Checked in on a Wednesday evening with no reservation and checked out on Saturday. New building with new rooms. Thankful this hotel had rooms where you entered inside of the building and not doors straight to outside from the room. It was a brisk 10-25 degrees with real feels in the negatives at times. Huge breakfast area with hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles along with the juices and coffee machines. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Thank you for hosting us without reservations while our family was attending funeral services. We will stay here the next time we return!

My grandma works here, the rooms are always clean and comfy. The choices for breakfast are always good, has a gym and pool. If you want a hotel to stay at while you're in Miles City then I can't recommend this enough, chef's kiss, this hotel is great!

Entire facility is super clean and well taken care of. Staff is so friendly. One of the top 5 hotels we have stayed in.

We tend to rate our rooms, first and foremost on the bed comfort. That alone gives this place a 5 star. Secondly we consider the room itself and it's condition, staff and amenities. Overall, this place was better than the two Marriott hotels and definitely better than theTravelodge we stayed at during our stops along our trip. The staff was great. The "coronavirus special" grab and go breakfast was much much better than any other place... the rooms left a little something to be desired for the cost, I will say that, but the bed alone bumped this up to a full five stars. I would love to stay here again.

I love a quick & easy check in, so I call the hotel’s direct line. They are very pleasant & professional from the get go! I love it there!
Immaculately clean & fresh, it looks & feels brand new. The entry is clean & inviting. The stairway is clean. The rooms? You guessed it...like new! Everything works, the beds are comfy & fresh & the bathrooms are perfect!
Restaurants? I walked to a great steakhouse last night came back took a hot shower like I owned the place & slept like a dream.
There’s Fast food & sports bar nearby.
It’s the nice place to stay in Miles City! Puts a smile on my face every time I stay there.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was perfect. Shower was great. The breakfast was the best I've seen. Everything you could think of. Cheese omelets, bacon, sausage, etc. Can't go wrong staying here.

Great service while we were there. Coffee and Breakfast were on par with what was expected. The rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely professional. I left my car keys in my room after checking out and within 18 hours of notifying the hotel, my keys were in my hand more than 1350 miles away. Much appreciation for everything. I will definitely return!

This is a great place to stay in Miles City. Rooms are clean, nice pool, excellent breakfast included. Convenient to local restaurants. Place is starting to show its age a bit but so am I - it's still nice in its own right. Leslie is the best. Manager? She's very nice and full of energy. She appears to really like people and her job. We had a minor issue - TV didn't work. They got it fixed/replaced within 15 minutes. Cheers.

I just wanted to rave about Sidney at the front desk. I am a night travel nurse at the hospital currently, and the apartment I rent was having plumbing issues. I called in the morning after a 12 hour shift looking for a place to stay, so I could sleep prior to my next shift. Sidney made that happen for me. She was so very kind and professional! I was put in a quiet, clean room and was able to extend another day when needed. She made a stressful morning, a bit less stressful. I will be back! Thank You Sidney! - The Night Nurse

Tina was terrific! She helped us with getting a close room .My husband cannot walk distances due to a leg injury. She always had a smile and great attitude!

Reasonably priced. Super comfortable beds and clean guest rooms. The meeting rooms are great and versatile as well. The staff really seems to care that the experience goes well. The food at breakfast is awesome! They have discounts for people in need and are involved in helping their community. That's a good business!!!🙌🏻

Host at desk is always great. She was very kind to us. Just what we needed for a 11 pm check in. We stay there often and she is always great. Good asset to your team. Great breakfast selection. 😋

Very nice place to stay. They don't have a hot tub so we got a room with a whirlpool tub and it was awesome. They offer cookies in the afternoon and had some hot soup if you wanted a light dinner. The young man who checked us in explained everything in detail and was super friendly. Highly recommend this Sleep Inn and will look forward to staying again.
