When it came to understanding a home, my partner and I probably couldn’t have told you with confidence which was the furnace and which was the central AC unit. Fortunately, Ryan was there to serve as our “real estate dad,” checking things like the service dates of the major appliances, spotting water damage, and grounding us when the woes of our inexperience arose. Best of all, Ryan directed our attention toward homes’ strengths that we might have otherwise missed.

Ryan went above and beyond. Among other examples, we were so grateful how he spent the time to check ahead or circle back to properties for us since we were buying from out of state and could not always make the drive. As well, Ryan advocated moment-to-moment for us along the way, ensured that we had access to everything that we needed, and at many times answered the questions we did not yet know that we should ask. When we felt overwhelmed, Ryan was there to lend his capacity and capability to get us over the finish line.
