He is a very skillful negotiator and was able to secure some tough asks from the seller to move us to closing in a very competitive market. The Long: I was selling a home with a lot of "character"- meaning it needed a ton of work and a very particular buyer who could see end vision in its 225 year old bones. Not an easy sell.
