I just received outstanding service from Ed, he is very knowledgeable and pleasant, and showed up at the time he said he would, which was less than an hour after I called. He had the problem fixed fast. This was on a Sunday/Christmas Eve. Thank you!

I want to thank you soooo much these guys showed up an got right on the job which was not a easy one since my old furnace was from the 70s they worked so hard for 2 days straight in my house in Filer an didnt stop til I had heat today I can’t thank them enough it was a tough job I appreciate you guys SO much thank you for all your hard work I’m sooooo greatful highly recommend THANK YOU my house is warm again just in time for this yucky weather

My experience with Element has been wonderful. My AC died in the middle of this heat wave. The tech was out that day. My system needed replaced. The sales rep came while the tech was finishing up, gave me a fair price, and 3 days later I have a new AC system. They cleaned up the shoddy work from the previous company, were professional, friendly, and worked me into their schedule quickly. I am very happy

Removed and replaced A/C exterior unit. This was done so that a concrete slab could be placed and the unit re situated on the new slab. Element worked very well to accommodate the contractor's schedule. The technicians were very prompt, professional and friendly. They worked very hard to limit the time the unit was down and when replaced performed a service to ensure proper functioning. They were so good that I will recommend Element to anyone I know who need heating and air condition service.

Our A/C quick working Sunday night. I thought it would be a few day before we could get someone over to get it fixed. They squeezed us in and it was working again within 12 hours. I appreciate Element’s response and willingness to work us into a full schedule.

After dealing with crooked HVAC companies in Twin Falls. My wife and I found out about Element the owner himself came to give us a quote. He told us he would have techs at our house the next day. They showed up almost an hour earlier to get started. Element replaced our furnace and went above and beyond. They fixed a couple things that would help insure extra life out of our a/c system, at no extra cost. They took very good care of us. We definitely recommend these guys.

I have had many other Heating & Cooling relations and worked with others but by far Element Heating & Air are the best. Thanks Amy for the quick scheduling and the way you treated me on the phone. I made one phone call and within no time Amy called me right back scheduled the service at my home and the tech Austin was there the next day! WOW! Justin and his crew worked overtime in the middle of winter to replace my furnace and duct work. We had, arguably, the poorest installation imaginable. The difference is astounding! We set the thermostat once and didn't think have to think about it again all winter. We could not be happier with the design, workmanship, cleanliness and service we received from Element Heating. We had great results when Austin came. He called, then arrived a week earlier than we expected, He connected the gas lines to our furnaces and gas fireplace, and then tested and adjusted them. He answered our questions, and did a great job. We have peace of mind knowing that everything is functioning safely and correctly.

I was looking to have our ducts cleaned and called and left a message with Element. When they called back (Kelly was the man's name who called), he explained that they don't do duct cleaning, but then spent 7 minutes and 56 seconds (just checked the call time) explaining what he knew about duct cleaning, who does it in our area, who he would use, why he would do it and took time to answer all my questions, even though they didn't stand to benefit in any way from the conversation. I can honestly say it was the best customer experience that I have had this year. I wanted to hire the guy! I willingly trust a company and/or employee so willing to go out of their way to help me. Awesome. When I need their services they will be at the top of my list.

After getting ripped off by another company in twin falls I called Element. They came right out and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Great customer service and very helpful. I will call them for all future furnace needs.

I have used element heating and cooling twice now. Coel was great at servicing our furnace and answering any questions i had. They were able to come out the same week I called and were cheaper than expected

You know how you wish you could find a company that actually cared?
Element heating is all that. I used element heating for a new heating system in my house. I was so impressed, they installed the HVAC and gas on a million $ building I just built in Hailey. The owners Justin and Bobbi are in the office and they care. If something doesn't go just write, they will make it write. Very few companies around like this. You will thank me. :)

I just finished having a Central Heating and Air Conditioning system installed in my house by this company and I am very pleased with the service I received. These people are professional at what they do. They tackled a job that almost no one else wanted to do in this brutal weather and they did it fast. This was a very pleasant experience for me.
