Jessica was amazing! We were first time buyers and she was very patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our questions and concerns throughout the whole process. Any time we reached out, regardless of the day or time, she was always very quick to respond. Since we were moving from a city about an hour away, it was more difficult for us to travel to the area quickly, but Jessica was always incredibly flexible with her schedule and happy to meet us at a time that worked best for us.

Even after we'd made an offer on our house, Jessica made it clear that she was available throughout the closing process to help however she could. At one point, we hadn't heard back from other people involved in the purchase. It was as if Jessica had a sixth sense about it - she asked us, "Would you like me to step in and try to get things moving?" We did! Sure enough, not long after her offer we heard back from them.
