Then you presented the comp research, which we were extremely impressed with, and it set the stage for our successful sale! We commissioned Heather to find us an apartment or home to rent in or around the Ridgefield area. Our family has extensive history buying and selling homes with Neumann Realty, specifically her father Chip, who was always wonderful, but in this instance Heather was not willing to return our emails and phone calls. Suffice to say, we will not be using Neumann reality next year when we purchase our home.
