Love going to this store to bad homedepot is not as helpful as Lowe's people. Clinton at the self-service checkout was great.

I had such a great experience shopping for my balcony furniture. Osman helped me every step of the way, it was fast and easy. He did all the lifting which was excellent customer service. He was great at helping me select accessories as well!

The store is always clean and we'll stocked, good lighting throughout the retail space. If your looking for tools, very complete selection of the most common brands plus some unusual brands plus now they carry Craftsman tools. The paint depot has some specialized brands plus the usual ones as well. Trim and wood depot houses a great selection plus much more specialized trim that the competitors don't carry.

It was short of refreshing to visit except for the long disorganized lines to the registers. They need to sort that out, almost dumped my cart and walked out, but didn't. Prices are competitive and they have tons of daily specials plus hidden specials on the racks.

All in all the experience was good, parking is easy. Don't actually have photos of the store but the have 24 hour security now in the parking lots which is a good thing.

Oniel B in appliances was excellent to work with! He is professional, prompt and provided advice that was helpful in my decision making.

Always come here for anything home related . I bought our fire pit kit here and assembly was simple and quick..it looks great with the other changes to our yard. Also the cheap Adirondack chairs are great.

Superb!!! Why write a review of a national chain??? Maybe it's mostly this store or maybe it's the entire corporate culture at Lowe's, but shopping here is a very satisfying experience. The employees are helpful and friendly, the management is well organized and the store does a good effort at maintaining their stock. While this seems like it should be par for the course, this is a huge contrast to the nearby competitors that have the initials HD (i don't even want to name them - as I've spent far too much money there). It's SHOCKING how much of a difference there is between this wonderful Lowe's and the other store - just a mere 15 minutes or so away. Kudos to this store and this company. I will continue to support them.

Huge store. Tons of offerings! Prices are decent. Workers seemed disinterested but I never specifically asked for help. All was good and expectant of a hardware store. They have extras like rugs and curtains and such as well.

This store is well laid out and clean. It is easy to shop. The staff I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful.
Bring your own bags if you are buying multiple items.
I have yet to be disappointed here. Prefer Lowe's over any competitor.

Employees helped me get discounted full propane tank, then another employee in parking lot offered to take my cart. On a previous visit employees found the door I ordered on top shelf and had to use forklift to retrieve it. It was an operation but they got my door for me. Pleased, other box stores in the area are usually not as accommodating.

Very similar to home Depot seems to have a selection of more expensive higher end stuff
Update: they have cool mini trees!

If you're looking for a fast, efficient and helpful gentleman that will get you in and out of the store in a flash, Green Mechanicals strongly recommends seeing Steve, the pro desk manager. He has always gone out of his way to help out a fellow pro customer, giving me advice and recommendations of good products. Definitely the best customer service around !

GREAT Customer Service: I needed a mailbox post and kit. The store only had one and parts were missing and I happened to be talking to the store manager "Fredddie". He offered to pick one up for me from another store and bring it to Norwalk. Sure enough, he called me first thing the next day and had it for me at the local store. Outstanding customer service that deserves a huge "thank you"~.

Steve I think at the mill work desk was so helpful! He has been in other departments before. Each time I have had a question he has offered more help and ideas than any other employee. Most employees have been quite helpful too. Steve goes way above and beyond. He is the reason I came to Lowes and bought a $1600 log splitter.

I don't shop here often but whenever I do a person on the floor always asked if they can help me find something. I always appreciate that. They take me to the item I am looking for and if they don't know, they find someone who does. As was the case today. My checkout clerk could not have been more delightful. Really a great customer service experience all around.

Clean store, plenty of inventory, helpful staff

On two occasions today I was approached by a sales person who offered help. Both were incredibly friendly and upbeat. My entire mood lifted from the blah I entered the store with because of these great associates. It was my first visit to the Norwalk Lowes. It will now be my "go to" store for home supplies.

I went to go pick out some paint and the associate Demarcus was super patient and kind as I weighed my options. He walked me through the different paint base types and helped me make a decision amongst the many different options. He then met me after my transaction and helped me load into my car. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience!

From an experienced contractor who has spent many years shopping for home improvement supplies, this was a much better experience than we are accustomed to compared with other competitors. While there was not a "greeter" at the door, everything is well laid out. Customer Service was right at the entrance for questions when we walked in. Store was neat, brightly lit. Store personnel was very helpful and informed about where everything is placed. We did not find packages opened or products misplaced in aisles which lessened valuable time in the store.
We plan on making this store our primary go-to for business and home purchases.

Picked up a outdoor decor sign that was ordered online. I was in and out. The employees working on the pick up room were wonderful. They were friendly and helpful. There was an error when the order was put through and the young lady caught it immediately and fixed it. Great Lowes!
